"Hmmmm, Sig, I need a favor, ey," said Krew nonchalantly.
"Kiss my overworked, low-paid ass," Sig shot back, finally through with Krew.
"What!?" Krew demanded, "You're still in my debt, ey! I still control you! You can't talk to me like that, ey!" Krew was screaming at the top of his lungs. Being an unusually touchy man, he knew already that he was losing his valuable Sig because of that damn Jak.
"I can, I will, and you no longer control me-why, you ask? Well, once I kill you," Sig started, "and I will kill you, I am officially out of your debt!"
"Arrrgggghhhh!" Krew fired some rounds off at Sig. Sig dodged and they smashed many of Krew's-I mean Sig's-Metal-Head trophies. Sig got to one knee and warmed up his Peacemaker.
"Try and hit me, you overgrown piece of slime," Sig taunted, trying to get Krew to do something stupid.
"I WILL KILL YOU, EY!" Krew screamed at the top of his lungs. A ball of energy gathered in front of him. He shot it off and it exploded, causing Sig and the entire front wall to disappear.
"BWAHAHAHAHA!" Krew celebrated.
"Not so fast, tubby," Sig said, swinging from the roof to smash into Krew.
"ARGHHHHHH," Krew shouted, unaware of the civilians who stared at him, horrified.
Because of his awesome weight or the battle? Who knows?
Sig, his Peacemaker finally warmed up, let all hell loose.
And missed. Well, not completely.
As soon as the Krimzon Cruiser exploded, more Cruisers and troops swarmed the area.
"Yes, yes, arrest him!" Krew ranted, demented from the battle.
"Not yet!" Sig swung his Peacemaker and it connected squarely with the nearest Krimzon Guard. As he looked for his next target, he warmed up his gun. Another trooper charged him and this time Sig jumped up and kicked him. Landing, Sig was knocked senseless by a large blur.
A very large blur.
"You have not won yet, Sig!" cackled Krew.
"I'm only getting started!" Sig shot the Peacemaker again, but this time the round smacked Krew out of the air. Luckily, the Krimzon Guards had backed off long ago. With a paralyzed, 500-pound guy lying in the middle of the road, Sig knew he would surely be arrested. So he grabbed a parked Cruiser and loaded Krew on it. Taking off in the dusk, he knew there was only one thing to do.
Ditch the body.
Amid the laughter, Keira tried to order them all some drinks.
"And then," Sig chuckled, "He said 'You have not won yet, Sig!' and I toasted his ass." Sig had been recalling the battle at a faraway pub, for Jak, Daxter, Keira, and Tess had just arrived.
"So, why didn't the Reds arrest you?" Jak inquired, accepting anyone who could take down an old fart like Krew.
"I scared away the Reds," Sig recalled. "After that, I loaded lard- butt onto a Cruiser and sent that baby over the wall into a nasty group of Metal-Heads. I saw him wake up before I got outta there."
"Wow," Jak said, "I'm impressed. I was about to go face Praxis out in the Construction Yard. I mean, if you wanna join."
Sig considered it, and then, "Yeah. Sure, I have nothing better to do."
"Let's go."
