A/N: Typed this up in an hour or so. Plot-bunny wouldn't leave my head after reading a Glee/HoD crossover fic. Enjoy!

Wade was used to being stared at. There weren't a whole lot of women (or even some men, for that matter) that could resist a good look when he was near. He didn't mind and it did wonders for his ego, which didn't really need boosting to begin with.
Even now when he was in the music store just buying some new picks and strings the girl behind the counter constantly glanced at him when she thought he wasn't looking. But he could feel her eyes on him. If so many people looked and stared at you, you kind of developed a sixth sense for such a thing.
The girl was attractive enough but Wade knew for a fact that she was still in high school. The misters Berry were always talking about their daughter Rachel and how she was doing so good in school. Hell, he heard so much about her he probably knew some things even her friends didn't know. And he had never even spoken to the girl except from the polite small talk whenever he came into the store.
The Berries owned the only music store in town. They mainly sold CDs but also had some vinyl and a few instruments for sale. Their stock wasn't that great but it was nice not to have to drive a few towns over whenever he was in need for some strings or picks.
He walked over to the cash deck after getting the stuff he needed. "Hello, miss Berry." He nodded at the girl as to greet her and put his picks on the counter. A grin appeared on his face when he saw her cheeks turning the slightest bit of pink.
"H-hi." She stammered, very aware of the fact that he knew she had been staring. "And it's just Rachel." Her voice was soft and barely audible.
"What was that, miss Berry?" Wade was greatly amused by the blush on her face and the way her eyes widened in shock. She looked at him for a second, thinking about what to say before opening her mouth.
"I-I said that it was just Rachel." Her voice was steadier this time but still lacked confidence. She pushed in a few buttons on the cash register. "That will be 5 dollars, please."
Wade handed her the money. "Here ya go, sweetheart." If possible she got even more flustered at that. He knew he shouldn't be messing with the poor girl's head like that but he couldn't help it.
He grabbed his purchase from the counter and headed for the door. "Till next time, miss Berry." And with a last grin and a wink he walked out of the door, leaving behind Rachel with a very flushed face.
