The Room
The blueprints provided no name. In fact, it was the only unnamed room in all of the blueprints. If it were to be given an official name, it would probably be called the 'Multiple Use Room'; but that name was too long, dry, and kiddy, when shortened to 'MU Room'.
All of the Titans referred to The Room by whatever activity they were planning on doing there. In most cases, it would be "the video game room", "the TV room", "the kitchen", "the alert room", or even sometimes, "the only room in the entire tower with a decent view". The Hive called it their "Victory Room", in celebration of their short-lived victory against the Titans. Trigon called it 'the best cushion he had ever sat on'. The Titans East knew it as 'the only room in Titans tower they ever saw'.
The names most likely to be assigned to The Room by the townsfolk of Jump City would be similar to what they called rooms like it in their own homes. However, because of The Room's very nature, these names seemed inadequate, or even presposterous. "The Living Room" was a throwback to a bygone era - the time of two room houses, where the only other room was The Bedroom. Besides, its linear opposite, some sort of room related to death, perhaps a funeral parlor, was always much too close any of the Titans to appreciate the name. "The Dining Room" was also out, because it implied polite dining etiquette, as well as formal dress and political mannerisms, which were, quite literally, never present in The Room. "The Common Room" certainly fit the bill, for it was the most common room in the tower -every Titan spent the majority of their time in it- but the name was rejected for its acute likeness to a cheap Harry Potter knockoff.
Because of how extensive its use was, "The Main Room" was certainly a fitting moniker; however, it invoked thoughts of mansions and dreary old manors into the heads of all of the team, and for reasons not a single soul cared to question, the leader immediately vetoed that option.
Alas, The Room had no name; it was only The Room. It was not The Living Room. It was not The Dining Room. It absolutely was not The Common Room, nor was it The Main Room. It was The Room, and nothing else.
