Sergeant Benton/Rose Tyler, "A seduction."
Rose eyed the hard-chiseled lines of the Sergeant. "So, er, John," she said, subtly licking her lips, "there a missus Benton, or, er, a girlfriend?"
"No, Miss," said the Sergeant calmly. "I'm afraid none have been able to stand up to this line of work."
Rose grinned. Those ice-blue eyes, that physique... she wiped her face with a hanky, hiding the need to wipe away a bit of drool.
"So," she purred, rubbing up against him 'accidentally' and putting a hand on his arm, "buy a girl a drink?"
He smiled, then dropped his eyes. "Sorry, Miss Tyler," he said. " I'll admit you're a beauty, and seasoned. No question." He met her eyes again. "My own problem, is that you're both too young to be proper, and born far enough ahead to, quite literally, be my own grand-daughter. You see my concern."
Her confrontation with the Doctor in the TARDIS later, on his 'overshare of personal information,' was rather heated.
What made it especially annoying was that he would just not stop with that bloody, infuriating grin.
"Come now, Rose," he said in a more serious tone, "What would your mother say if I let you and Benton... you know."
"Say?! She probably wouldn't be saying anything to me - prob'ly be trying to get him for herself!"
"John Benton - and Jackie Tyler?! Oh my god!"
That ended the discussion; it was hard to keep a good mad on when the person you were trying yell at was rolling on the floor laughing.
