Dear Inuyasha,

I'm madly and passionately in love with you. I know you'll never be able to read this or figure out what the heck it says but here- I love you. More than the world itself and more than the snow. I love you more than my world. I know you love Kikyo. Always Kikyo... but I don't want to find all the jewel shards and then find out that we die it the battle without me knowing I left something. I'll die if anyone, you know. A worthless untrained human...

I just want you to know you're not just any hanyo. You're my hanyou. You're my life. My breath.

If I die you'll read this letter at any cost (I know you) and so do this for me. Make sure Sango and Miroku are together and have ten (maybe twenty) children. Go off and mate with Kikyo and live forever in peace.

I'm just a reincarnation. I was never really meant to be here more than her.

Just tell her she's lucky.

I love you,

Kagome

Kagome folded the letter neatly in her back and closed her eyes tightly. She had written this letter over a year ago yet carried it around with her. Now, it was time for the final battle with Him. Nakuru, the demon who hated them, all of them.

Sesshamaru and Rin were there, to help them fight. In ten years, Rin had grown into a beautiful lady for "her Lord". Ayame and Kouga were here and Kagome felt ready... kind of. Maybe a little.

She had told goodbye to her family. The well would close up the minute the wish was made and Kagome, if she didn't die, was staying here. Where she belonged. One thousand years in the past and in a land that has never heard of the Ipod.

'It's missing something,' she thought as she re-pulled out the letter, 'Huh!'

What was it?

Finally, she grinned and wrote-

SitSitSitSitSitSitSit!

Two lone tears slid down her cheeks as she placed the letter back in backpack and headed off her towards her destiny.

If she was to die here, Inuyasha would go to her backpack and read it. She had told him, too. He had gotten angry over the thought of her death, though, so it was no longer mentioned.

"Goodbye," she whispered.

"Kagome- come on... it's time."

Author- Sequals being written.
