Pieces

Disclaimer: As much as I would love to own Castiel, Dean too while I'm at it, I cannot lay claim to them or anything to do with Supernatural, they belong to the epic Eric Kripke… I'm merely borrowing Cas for funsies

Warnings: Episode 4:21 spoilers.

Not intended as slash, but can be taken however you like.

This is my first delve into the Supernatural fandom… so I'm a little bundle of nerves at the moment, doesn't help that this is the first thing I have written in almost a year, one would think that it would be better to ease back into familiar territory no? Apparently my muses didn't agree with that, and this spawned as a result of getting completely hooked on the newest season of Supernatural…

He will never forgive you.

The thought made his stomach drop in an unpleasant manner, something he wasn't familiar with burning through his gut. Guilt? No it couldn't be, he didn't feel anything after all. He was a soldier nothing more.

Yet the image of green eyes filled with hatred, disgust directed his way evoked the uncomfortable sensation. It burned through him as he ghosted into Robert Singer's basement, intensifying as he poised two fingers in the air. Opening the locks and bolts on the only thing keeping Samuel Winchester contained.

He was following orders, obeying like the good little soldier he was supposed to be. There was no satisfaction of a job well done as he watched Samuel run up the stairs, only the grim knowledge that he had betrayed the one person who he should never lie to.

He will never forgive you.

His eyes closed, nothing left to do but wait until his charge whispered for him, green eyes filled with hurt and anger. This was his punishment, not the humiliation and pain he had suffered in heaven, but to loose Dean Winchester's trust. To loose Dean Winchester completely.

He will never forgive you.
