*Hi, this is my first fanfic but not my first story. All characters except for the few I might make up belong to SEGA. All rights go to them. Btw, this story sounds best while listening to darkstep. If you don't know what that is, youtube it. You can thank me in the comments.
I see no hear no evil,
Black writings on the wall
Unleashed a million faces
And one by one they'd fall.

Prologue
The snow is falling. Not just a flurry, but a full on blizzard. I watch from inside the mansion, a fortress, really. Not home.
I remember everything. The little girl, the professor. It evades me now why I mourned their death.
Useless humans. The stupidity of human emotion, sad to say, doesn't exclude me. Anger, regret, vengeance-I've felt them all, often. Bitterness, sadness, despair-Only once. Happiness, joy, jubilee? That depends. Can you really call happiness at the suffering of others happiness? I'd much more easily say it was content. It was so easy.
Of course, now they all know I'm not some misunderstood, good hearted creature. That's ok. It was a lie. One I tried often to disprove. But he always had hope. That maybe, just maybe, I'd be one of the good guys, one of his good guys.
He suffers now. I suppose I regret causing that. He is such a pathetic creature; it's hard not to pity him. However, I have no regret for causing his little whore pain. Bitch.
I look at the clock. 3:07am. it's time to start. I stand up and walk out the door. I cannot wait for what is to come. I do not feel the cold air on my skin. I don't fear the dark forest. I reach the city. Everyone is asleep.
"You're late." He says, as if I care.
"At least I came" I snap "You had no guarantees about that."
"Like you would miss a chance to tear this city to shreds." He retorts.
He's right. But there will be no tearing.
"Not exactly."
"Hmm?" He raises an eyebrow at me in the darkness.
"This city is going to burn. Like it should. Like it has to." I say
"How exactly can we make a fire engulf an entire city while it's snowing, Shadow?"
"By me being the one to light it."
Silver sighs, and mutters something about him missing out on all the fun.
I smile as the red flame spreads, and Silver and I walk off."
Seconds later, I hear screams. The fires not that big, But they can't put it out. The fire won't go out. Not unless I want it to.
