Hey sorry I have not updated my other stories for a while but I'm not dead! I just need to find the manuscripts for them which are in my writing folder…which has mysteriously disappeared . Once again sorry please enjoy this one-shot while I find it.

Steven Hyde was not an emotional person, sure he had emotions but mostly they were kept well hidden behind his tough exterior and dark shades. In fact his shades and government conspiracy theories were what made Hyde…well, Hyde.

Yet he never would forget the day Red Forman, Eric's dad, told him he could move in with them.

The gang was in Eric's basement talking about pretty much nothing and watching whatever was on the TV at the time (though they didn't know what it was since they weren't really paying attention…at all) when Red came down and told him this. This act was so unlike Red, or at least any side of him they'd seen, that to say the gang was surprised would be a MAJOR understatement (and if there actually was a prize for it, would win understatement of the year).

They were shell-shocked.

Right after Red said that Hyde could move in he went back to being Eric's usual dad and said "but if you do anything stupid, Steven, I swear you won't like where my foot goes…since your ass will have put up a vacancy sign."

That was one of the ONLY times Hyde ever showed any emotion, if just for a minute. This was incredible shock and earth-shattering gratitude. And when Red had finished, and gone back upstairs, it was like a switch had turned usual Hyde back on as he sat back and laughed.

Thanks for reading please review and I will TRY REALLY HARD to update the rest of my stories. Once again sorry .
