She ran to her favorite place, once forgotten yet loved still. The wind flew by her face, making it hard to withstand the cold. Redden cheeks burning, but she ignored them.

She stopped on a hill, sighing with relief. She pulled up her fall jacket, trying to escape the cold for just a moment. Just to escape the memories of the fun she had with him. She looked up at the sky, frowning slightly. "Sasuke-Kun," She whispered, her heart yearning for him. "My heart is only crumbs now." She sighed, lying on the soft grass. Closing her eyes she began to hum a small, sorrow filled tune.

"I remember it, like it was yesterday." The humming stopped, she sat up, bringing her knees closer. "You and I, we were never really close. We were never really on the best of terms, or at least that's how it felt sometimes." A saddened smile found its way to her face. "Still, I remember that time at the Chunin Exams that you.." She cut herself off, taking in the cool, crisp air. "You said I noticed that it was the second floor first, being the most improved on our team with Genjutsu." She opened one eye, tilting her face to the stars. "I always wondered why you had to leave, you even said you knew revenge wasn't going to help anyone." Tears emerged from her eyes, but she fought them back. She didn't want to show emotion, though nobody was even there to see it. "When they brought you back here…" Her voice cracked, she was losing the battle with the tears. "You saw me, a look of forgetfulness on your face. As if you didn't even…" A small tear fell from her eye, rolling down her cheek. "Know me…" She whispered into the atmosphere.

"You knew my heart was being torn, piece by piece like a toddler with blocks, making a tower before knocking it down." She moved her right hand over her chest, almost seeing if her heart still had enough life in it to keep beating. "I really did love you, Sasuke-Kun. I even saved myself for you." She yelled at the ground, as if it was the raven haired man. "You crumpled my heart like a useless flyer. Tossing it towards the trash can, it didn't even make it in." Another tear fell from her green orbs. "You died six years ago, this very place…" She stopped, again. "…And before you died, Sasuke-Kun, you actually said it…You said you loved me…" Her hand fell from the beat of the heart, pain taking over her control. "You waited too long! I knew it! I…I never even got to say it back." She mumbled, standing up. "I…I loved you." She pulled out a small frame, a picture of Team 7 inside. "I can't look at your face without crying anymore." She began digging a small hole. "You crumpled up my heart, playing with my emotions, Sasuke. I'm sorry, but I can't look into the face of somebody that threw me away." She placed the picture in the hole, covering it up with the dirt she had just dug up. Patting it thrice, she stood up, ready to leave. "Good bye, Sasuke-Kun." She whispered, looking back up at the sky.
