Its has been awhile since I wrote a story, so here is a quick Valentine's Day story. I might add more chapter for the other ships. Enjoy reading.

"Valentine's Day is coming up and I have no idea what to get for Zelda" Link groaned falling back in a black chair located in Marth's room. "Well, hello Link. Yes, you can come in." A sarcastic remark rolled off of the Hero King's tongue.

"You've been married for 3 years and you still don't know what to get Zelda." he pinched the bridge of his nose. "Every year it's the same thing. You barge into my room and say the same thing."

"Yeah, I know, but you really don't know Zelda. She's quiet and I don't get much out of 'er" his slight southern accent entering the conversation. Surprisingly, Marth didn't have a sarcastic remark for that. He just sighed heavily. "Ask her." he tapped his frustrated friend's back and walked out of the room. "Thanks. I could have thought of that." but maybe he was right.

Link jumped out of his chair. He needed to find Zelda, as usual, he found his lovely wife sitting in the lounging room sipping her usual jasmine tea. He knew her routine like, she would wake up at 9:00 and her idea of sleeping late was only an extra 30 minutes, it was the little things he loved about her. Holidays drove him crazy because if he asked it was the usual response "I don't need anything, Link" and if he forgot to get her anything disappointment would wash over her face.

"Link?" he hadn't noticed he must have been staring at her for quite some time. She giggled as she watched her husband's face grow red from ear to ear. "Is there something you need?" she placed her cup down to face her hero. "Uh, ehh, Zelda, I love you." rubbing the back of his head was his usually actions around her. "We're married and I'm still nervous around her." Link thought to himself.

She smiled softly. "Well, I love you too, but I hardly think you walked all the way down here to tell me that." She gazed into his eyes causing his blush to deepen. "Valentine's Day!" Link shouted. Trying to get those words out have been eating him alive. Now, Zelda was utterly confused. Her head cocked to the side slightly. "Yes? What about it?" "What would you like for Valentine's Day?" he struggled to get the last of his words out. His wife lets out a soft smile and grabbed her King's hand. "Link, I'm sure you are tired of hearing this, but I don't want anything." her face was getting closer to his at each sentence. "You have given me so much already, My love." His shoulders slumped at her choice of words. "But Zel" a kiss interrupted his sentence.

It was soft and gentle. She wrapped her arms around his neck. This sudden motion was confusing for him, yet he didn't complain. It was like she knew how to shut him up at the right time. The kiss ended all too soon and he was staring back into her blue grey eyes. She whispered into his pointed ear. "All I need is you." that was enough for him.

Short, I know. It was something quick I came up with. Sorry, if it wasn't the best. I'm not the best writer (lol), but I wanted to stress that this holiday shouldn't be about fancy gift, but about being with someone you love. Who better to show that with than Zelda and Link. :) Please, read, like and write comments if you wish. Nothing harsh just constructive criticism and thank you if you do leave some advice.
