The Weeping Angels advanced towards the boys.
"Don't blink Clyde!" Luke said as he ran to the door of the building. Why had they even gone in there? It was a bloody abandoned hotel for God's sake.
"I'm not Lukey!" Clyde yelled at his best friend as he only closed one eye at a time. "Ya know this isn't how I wanted to spend our trip to America. I wanted us to go to the capital and introduce Rani to Maria."
Luke kicked the door of the hotel open. Outside, an Angel was waiting for him.
"Bloody hell! Luke exclaimed as he fell backwards onto his rear end. The Archetype jumped up, not even caring if he was being followed and rushed back to Clyde.
"I take it the door was jammed?" Clyde asked Luke. Luke grabbed Clyde by the wrist and lept forward bringing his mate with him.
"No, there was an Angel waiting for me!"
"Classic Luke for us!" Rani shouted from down the hall. "Just run you blokes!"
The children began to make their way down the hall and away from the Weeping Angels. Lights flickered everywhere they went. They were going to die in the old abandoned Winter Quay!
Then came the sound of hope. Only a select few people new what it was. The roar of the TARDIS. The ship began to materialize around the children as the Lonely Assassins moved in on them with every passing moment. As cold stone hands reached for them the console room formed. This time it was silver.
The three of Sarah Jane's gang turned around and saw the Eleventh Doctor standing alongside a brown haired woman. The TARDIS had been redesigned. The console itself had bright blue bars lighting up the room. The roundels now had round lights within them.
"Well, I'll just be getting you back to Sarah Jane now kids." The Doctor said. He flipped a lever. The wibbly lever. The TARDIS began to shake and the blue bars turned red. "This isn't supposed to happen.
"Doctor what's happening?" The brown haired woman asked. Luke walked to her.
"It's a time-spatial transference. But it wasn't triggered by the TARDIS. An exterior force caused this."
"What's his name Doctor?" Clara asked the Time Lord. "The smart one with the blue shirt."
"His name is Luke, the other boy is Clyde and the girl is Rani. Not The Rani but just Rani."
"Yeah got that much timeboy." Clara said under her breath. How could she be?
"Alright, let's see what's shaken the old girl!" The Doctor said. He swung the doors open. Almost immediately he stepped out. The man bent over and stared at the bronze floor. It was Dalekanium.
