First there was Nothing. A fast spreading void staring down at only more of what she was. Being the only wake primordial, she felt lonely. Hesitant, Nothing tucked at herself, churning and coiling, making room for something to grow. Something different than what she had known. A form shimmered where Nothing remained no longer. The manifestation and Nothing mirrored each other in looks, but the new manifestation seemed to glow more than Nothing could ever. The manifestation was Necessity, created from Nothing's desire, Nothing's need to have a companion. Curious as she was Nothing reached over to Necessity, but Necessity faded under her touch. Where there was nothing, there was no need for anything, there was no necessity. Nothing pulled back, afraid of being alone once again. Necessity, understanding this cruel logic, did not move from the space she was given by Nothing. Not being able to ever get closer, Nothing and Necessity danced around each other. Simply danced, not for hours, not for days or months or years, not even eternity, as Time had not manifested yet. Necessity and Nothing wondered what it would be like, if there was something, something else than them, something that could move forward. With Necessity at her side, Nothing felt no longer lonely and no longer in need of companion. Necessity was therefore no longer a necessity and thus she began to fade. Nothing, still scared of being left by Necessity, clawed at her, hoping to saviour the last traces of her manifestation, but those traces disappeared into the vast void. Necessity, as she fell out of existence, created a sphere small enough to fit in the space Nothing had originally opened up for her, leaving all that needed to be to create something that could move forward, safely in a vault. Nothing surrounded the sphere, searching for any sign of conscious, for any sign telling her that she was not alone, but there was only nothing. Nothing, realising that again she had only herself, screamed. She screamed and wailed inaudible, hammering in the sphere occupying the place where once her friend had been, until the sphere cracked and finally burst. Nothing was pushed back by the light emitting from six stones. Confused, Nothing reached out to the stones, but they pushed her back even further. Nothing watched in awe as the stones danced around each other, the same as she and Necessity had done, spinning and raging across the universes as they created them. And so Nothing made room for so much more, than she could ever be.
