Prologue: The Bus Ride
"Ve~ This is so cool that I get to go to camp with you Japan!" N. Italy commented. His curl bobbed up and down when the wind picked up. "Feliciano," The black haired man sighed as he put their bags into the storage compartment located at the back of the bus, "I'm only going with you because Ludwig wanted me to keep an eye on you." Kiku turned towards his italian friend and sighed once more. "This is going to be a long two weeks…" He mumbled.
"Hey, looks like techno freak and pasta lover are here for the party too!"A silvery haired man laughed at the two and threw his stuff into the back. "Do you have to be so mean Gilbert? Besides, you're the one with the chicken on your head!" A young girl said putting a blue and green bag down next to his. Prussia pouted at the comment. "How have you been Laveu? It's been a while!" N. Italy commented seeing the black haired girl. "I've been good Italy! Lovino came over earlier! He's over the-" She turned to point but he wasn't where she thought he was.
"LOVINO! Where did you go!?" The south American country called! She looked at the bushes and saw him poke his head out of the leaves. "I'm here! Geeze!!" He yelled from the bushes. He walked up to the multi eye color girl. "You know," Chile sighed, "I'm kinda nervous…This is my first time camping!" She walked over to the open door of the bus and stepped inside followed by N. Italy, Japan, Prussia, and S. Italy. The bus was filled with loud screams and conversations.
Minutes later the bus driver came on to speak. "Hello everyone!" Greeted the nation. "I'm Austria, the camp director and bus driver! The drive from here to the campground will be about an hour! So please sit back, and enjoy the ride!" He sat down and turned the engine on. The whole bus buzzed and slowly the bus crept forward. Soon the bus was on its way to the campground. "Man, I wish England was here…then we'd have a party!" A blond man stated to his allies. "Vell," A man with a thick scarf started to speak, "England vas smart not to come, da?"
"I-I'm s-s-scared, Estonia! I d-don't want t-to be in th-the s-same cabin a-as I-ivan…" A light blond boy stammered looking to his comrade. "It's ok, Ravis! You'll be fine!" A brown haired young adult said poking his head out from behind the seat. Latvia nodded at Lithuania and stared back out the window.
An later, the bus pulled up to the base of a mountain trail. "Okay," Austria called as he opened the door, "Here's where you'll be dropped off, and you shall start your hike to the campground here at this trail! A camp councilor or two will be at the halfway point of the trail and lead you the rest of the way. Oh, and don't worry, your stuff will be sent to the cabin." Everyone of the campers stepped out of the bus and started on the trail.
