Eden

A planet that was forged in sweat,

But was drowned in blood.

Rendered a barren, burning world,

By fanaticism's flood.

...

Yet in time from high above,

It began to rain.

Dousing the once burning land,

The earth could drink again.

...

Elements began to balance,

In both earth and air.

Raging fire soon retreated,

To water flowing fair.

...

A breeze, a brook, a birdsong,

Have returned for all to hear.

The point of full rejuvenation,

Is surely drawing near.

...

A flag has been planted,

With seventeen stars unfurled.

Once more Reach is a shining beacon,

Life's returned to this world.
