Fanfiction:Disclaimer: Hey, I'm Lauren. I'll say what everyone else has stated clearly too, I do not own Sonny with a Chance. It's all Disney Channel's deal. But, I do love writing & would love reviews. I'll rate your stories just the same. Please leave me links to your writing... peace.

I felt his lips on mine and had no time to stop it. His ice blue eyes surveyed me carefully, through and through I was falling for him.

But, no member of the So Random! Cast could ever know how I… we felt about each other. Chad Dylan Cooper swept a strand of curly espresso brown hair past my temple and smiled, while I being such a loser remained frozen in shock.

How could someone so obnoxious and obviously full of himself be such a good kisser? Something was up. I had never felt this way. Okay, well maybe I had yet it was to be a secret. Aren't you like not supposed to like arrogant people?

"Sonny, you all right?" He asked suspiciously, eyes blazing with concern. He wrapped an arm loosely around my waist. I shrugged noncommittally. "I like you… I guess." I mumbled.

"I like you too," Chad confessed, not missing a beat. Again, a grin sprang to his face.

"How do you think people will handle this?" I blurted out, smacking my head in frustration since I never managed successfully to not speak my thoughts aloud.

"Oh, yeah. There's the whole rivalry between Mackenzie Falls and So Random!, I forgot about that." Chad remarked in mock shock.

"Honestly," Chad said after a few moments. "I could give a crap what people think about us."

"B-but..." I sputtered, flushing a miserable splotchy red.

"Nothing," Chad interrupted, cupping my chin in his hands and tilting my mouth toward his.

"I just don't want either of us to get hurt," I explained, searching his eyes for some sort of understanding.

"I won't let that happen," Chad finished briskly; lips barely brushing mine.

I watched him closely. "Thank you," I muttered, a current of electricity shooting though my veins.

"No problem," Chad grinned sheepishly and gazed at the piercing blue sky brimming with scudded clouds.

"Ah, you look so cute in that bikini." Chad laughed.

"No, I don't." I frowned, gazing at the ground.

"Please, do me a favor? Have more faith in yourself. You're a beautiful girl and a talented actress... even though you star in 'Chuckle City'." Chad smiled, looking into my eyes.

How could I refuse to a plea like that? "All right," I softened.

"That's my girl," Chad said simply. He pulled me into his lap. I rested my head against his muscular body. My heart beat ecstatically in my chest.

"Chad... I- we should go." I broke apart for a second, glaring alarmed at the rattling dresser room door knob.

"Uh, someone's coming!" Chad confirmed. "Hide!" Chad urged. I darted under a spare chaise lounge chair.

"Never mind," Chad scoffed. "It was no one."

"Oh, okay."

"So come out," Chad chuckled.

"What?" I gaped in surprise at him, while stumbling out into the open. Chad scooped me up in his arms and kissed me fiercely, he carried me to the pool.

Chad kissed the nape of my neck and drew back for an instant. "Sonny," he whispered. "I really have to go inside for a moment, I'll call you in a second. Maybe, you can stay over for dinner or something, hold on I'll ask my dad."

He abruptly returned inside, leaving me sitting on the cool, tiled steps of the pool.
