A/N: So I finished my math regents in an hour and they don't let you leave until 3 hours are up so I was sitting there staring at my shoes and this little one shot popped into my head. I basically wrote this in my head hahah. I'm usually mostly a Lit fan but I read PDLD sometimes and heres one of those (: Finn's accent 3
Rory sat on the couch flipping through the channels without watching a show for more than a minute. She was in a pale blue juicy sweat suit, matching her crystal blue eyes perfectly. Her brown locks were wavy and down. She sighed suddenly, leaving the food network on. She stared at the burgers they were grilling on TV, her mouth watering. Out of no where, Finn came and sat next to her, putting a takeout bag on the coffee table in front of her. She'd been hanging out with Finn a lot while Logan was in London.
"I love you!" She exclaimed as she grabbed for the big bag of food.
Finn giggled at her eagerness. "I'll go get some plates." He called as he got up and went into the kitchen.
"Make sure they're paper, I'm not even trying to use the dishwasher."
Finn laughed again. He was starting to become captivated with Rory. He was learning everything about her, and he loved all of it. It kind of scared him. It was his best friend's girl, he couldn't be falling for her!
Rory watched Finn from the couch. She looked him down. He felt eyes upon him and glanced back at her, smiling. She smiled back as her heart jumped and her arms got chills. NO! she thought in her head. I can't like Finn. I'm with Logan. It's probably just chilly in here, that's why I have goosebumps…yeah that's it! She reassured herself.
Finn came back to the couch with plates and cups of soda and the two friends began to dig in. There was an awkward silence between them, even though neither had the slightest idea they were thinking the same things.
When they finished dinner they sat on the couching staring at the movie they had just put in the DVD player. Finn thought it would be funny to tickle Rory. He wanted to get rid of this ridiculously awkward moment they were having. He pinched her sides and she shrieked.
"FINN!" She half giggled, half yelled.
"Yes, Love?" He asked innocently.
She gasped and straddled herself on top of him trying to tickle him back. Her hands traveled over his tight abs and under his armpits trying to break him. He just sat there smiling at her. God, she loved his smile.
"You're not ticklish?!" She asked surprised.
"Nope," He smirked.
"Damn it."
She slowly began to realize the position she was in; straddled across him, their hips interlocking perfectly like puzzle pieces. It felt wrong, and at the same time, so right. She started to get up off of him but he put his hands quickly around her waist and pulled her down so their faces were inches from each other. He placed a soft kiss upon her light pink lips and smiled as he pulled back. Without thinking, she crashed her lips onto his again. Their tongues found their ways into each others mouths.
After a few minutes of this, they pulled away. Finn was smiling but he saw the worry on Rory's face. She looked as if she was going to run away. She opened her mouth to speak but he placed a finger on her lips.
"Shhh, love. It's okay. Let's not worry about it. Just sit here and lay next to me. Don't think about anyone. Don't worry about anything."
He laid down on the couch and she snuggled up next to him. Her head lay on his strong chest and her hand placed itself on his tight abs. He kissed the top of her head and she cuddled closer into him. Their bodies still fit perfectly together.
They laid like this for hours. Just them two. No one else mattered. Every worry they had slipped their minds. It was just the two of them on the couch; it seemed as if nothing else-and no one else- existed.
This was how they fit.
