"Wow, so it really is true?" She exclaimed as she entered the dim basement.

Gibbs put his hands up. "What?"

"Well, DiNozzo told me you built a boat in your basement, but I'm still picking and choosing which things Tony says are true or not."

He smiled up at her. "That's good; we'll make an investigator out of you yet." He reached for her hand to help her down the last few steps.

"So when is DiNozzo getting here?"

He grinned. "Who said Tony would be here?"

"I see." She looked a bit embarrassed.

"Well I guess he got you on that one."

"I guess so, but it doesn't mean I wouldn't have come otherwise…I just thought it was gonna be a team dinner."

He smiled. "Well it is, we're a team aren't we?"

She nodded in agreement. "Won't get an argument from me…so what are we eating?"

"Hungry Agent Todd?" He grinned.

"I starved myself all day for this dinner." She replied, mirroring his grin.

"Just thought you'd want to help me on the boat a little, that's usually what I do to initiate my new agents."

"You're kidding right?" She asked, but he only stared at her. "You're not kidding." She removed her heels and rubbed her hands together. "Okay then, where do we start?"

He took a few steps closer to her, and she instinctively met his gaze. He reached his hand around her waist to pull her into him. "How about right here?" He kissed her softly, then deeper. She was able to pull away only for a moment.

"This isn't how you initiated Tony was it?"

He smiled and kissed her again before responding. "Nahhh."

"Abby?"

He smiled again. "Hell Abby built the damn thing from the bottom up, I just sand it." They shared a laughed and he closed the distance between them with another kiss.

"Welcome to my team Agent Todd."

She cradled her hand around his neck. "The pleasure is all mine, believe me."
