Hibird stared across the room at his love. His perch on Hibari's pen set gave him the perfect view. The light shone through window to give her an angelic glow. He wanted so much to fly across the room and nestle into her spiky hair. To feel her skin as he rubbed against her, to hear her polite silence and smell her sweet scent.

But, alas, Hibari would never allow it. Their love was forbidden. If only, if only, Hibird sighed.

Hibari hearing the heavy-hearted chirps of his companion looked up. Following the bird's gaze, he narrowed his eyes. Who had let in that herbivorous creature? He leaned back and called for Kusakabe to dispose of it. Hibird chirped in mourning and flew out the window. Hibari meanwhile pinched his nose trying to control the anger that he felt. Why did his beloved bird have to feel such herbivorous feelings?

Not only that, why did he have to choose that goddamn illusionist's fruit?
