A Little Help
Mojo Jojo was sitting in his chair, reading a newspaper, glaring angrily at the PowerPuff Girls in the front page. He growled and ripped the paper into pieces.
"How can I destroy those PowerPuff Brats? They can't be that intelligent, can they? That's it! I need to find the brains of the Girls, but who is it?" I knock interrupted his thoughts. He growled and went to the door.
"WHAT? Can't you see I'm thinking of a plan to-"
"Ahem." Mojo looked down to the person that interrupted him. Blossom, the leader of the PowerPuff Girls, was standing before him with a red textbook under her arm and a pencil in her hand. She looked okay, but her eyes looked troubled.
"Blossom Utonium, what are you doing at peace of my suburban home?" He asked impatiently.
"Well, Professor is busy at the moment, and my sisters are no help, so I was wondering if you could help me with my math homework." Mojo was surprised.
"Why would you be asking me? Out of all the other people and villains you could bother, you have chosen me to bother when I was busy at the moment?"
"Well, you are mostly intelligent in my beliefs."
"…You think I am intelligent?"
"Yeah, so can you help me?"
"…Okay, but let's make this quick." Mojo let Blossom in as she sat in a chair. She opened up her textbook ready for Mojo's assistance. He sat next to her.
"So, what is the problem that you asked for my assistance in?" Mojo asked.
"Problem 8 confuses me a little. 'X' times 2 equals 144, but when you get 'X', you have to multiply it by the answer of 155 times 14. The problem is, I don't know what's 'X'," Blossom explained.
"That is simple math. How much do you get when you divide 144 by 2?"
Blossom started to scribble numbers on a pad of paper.
"72?"
"Correct. Now, what are 155 times 14?"
Blossom wrote the problem down once again.
"2170?"
"Correct again. The final problem is what do you get 2170 times 72?"
Blossom wrote down the problem while tapping her chin.
"I get…156240."
"Congratulations Blossom, you have solved the problem that you needed my assistance."
"So that's how you do it. Why, thank you Mojo, it was nice of you for helping me."
They both walked toward the door. Before Mojo closed it, he asked Blossom something.
"Yes," Blossom replied.
"If anyone asks, I never helped you with anything."
"Likewise." Blossom flew in the sky leaving a path of pink in the air. Mojo stared as the pink became less visible. Sometimes, a small problem can grow a little friendship between two people.
(A/N: Yes, the problem is real. Don't ask me that. It was from my math homework, my teacher said I got it right, so I decided to use it. This goes out to Commander, for making such a beautiful crack pairing!)
