Ugh. I hate cabin inspections. And, unfortunately, today was the first inspection of the year. I was hoping to get higher scores this year since I wasn't the only one in Cabin Three.

"Seth," one of my half-brothers called. It was Damien, my favorite of the bunch. "This yours?" He handed me a small, yet long and thin, piece of coral.

"Yeah. Thanks." He nodded and went back to cleaning.

Just as our cabin had finished, there was a knock at the door as Shay Travers entered. It was always a child of Athena who inspected the cabins.

"Hey, Shay," I said somewhat happily.

"Seth. You're cabin's done exceptionally well..." She scribbled some on her clipboard and left to inspect the rest of the cabins. Um, thanks for the... compliment? I thought.

I was surprised that she had gotten use to the new cabin setup. Now that all the Gods and Goddesses had cabins at Camp Half-Bood, the setup had been all re-arranged.

"Seth!" A girl spoke as she entered the cabin.

"Yeah?"

"Chiron's looking for you." I looked at Zoey, a daughter of Aphrodite, and nodded. I exited the cabin and jogged to the Big House.

"Take a seat, Seth." I did as Chiron said and waited for someone to start explaining things. Rachel Dare descended the steps to the attic with a notepad in hand. When she got close to me, she showed me what she'd drawn. "Rachel had a Shock..."

I looked at Chiron questioningly "A Shock?"

"A moment where Rachel has a sort-of blackout and sees an image. She draws that image and brings it to me for determining." He paused for a moment and then continued. "it's just as important as a vision or prophecy."

I turned back to Rachel and examined what was on the the paper. It was a headshot of me with a trident above my head. It was most likely what I looked like when I was claimed. The only problem was that the trident was surrounded by dark clouds.

"What does it mean?" I asked, still quite confused.

"It means, Seth, that you're a child of three."

"And...?"

Chiron rolled his eyes, clearly frustrated with my confusion. "You're one of great power..."

I sat quiet for a few seconds "Oh. Why didn't you just say that?"

"So lemme get this straight. My mom was having an affair with two gods before I was born?" Chiron nodded. "Then who's my other godly parent?" Rachel and Chiron exchanged looks and then stared at me. "Phobos, the God of Fear."

"AAAAAAAHHHHH!" Rachel screamed and dropped to the floor. Chiron scrambled over to her but as he began to touch her she shot up into the air, almost like she was being possessed. Green smoke flowed from her mouth and surrounded her body.

"Seven half-bloods shall take the call.
To storm or fire, the world must fall.
An oath to keep with a final breath,
And foes bear arms to the Doors of Death."

Rachel dropped back to the floor as she finished the prophecy. I ran over to help her up and gave her a glass of water. "Looks like we just got our new Great Prophecy..."
