Salazar

quicksilver eyes and acid tongue.

It keeps the masses

from seeing under the mask

that he hides [be][hind].

Because he doesn't want

anyone to know that he cares,

that he feels emotions.

Though, his friends have a way

of getting under his mask,

of making him experience the emotions

he tries so hard to avoid.

His legendary calmness shatters

in the face of greengreen eyes,

and his will is tested

time and time again.

But, for some reason,

he can't bring himself to walk

a…w…a…y

.

Rowena

sharp wit and unlimited plans.

She's the brains [be][hind]

everything,

everything that they've ever dreamed of.

She takes their ideas

and turns them into reality.

P-p-pushing them beyond their limits

to prove that they can do

anything

they dream if they set their

minds to it.

She won't let them take

the easy route

because they wouldn't get

the same satisfaction that way.

.

Godric

foolishly noble and recklessly brave.

He wears his heart on his sleeve,

and feels things more deeply

than his friends,

His moral –compass– is spinning

at HIGH speeds,

not allowing him to think ((twice))

about rushing headfirst into danger

for the sake of others.

It's stupid.

It's foolish,

but he wouldn't change

a thing.

.

Helga

caring eyes and unwavering loyalty

Always overlooked,

always in the shadows

of her friend's achievements.

Too shy to speak UP,

to be heard.

But her heart is big,

and her words are always kind.

She encourages everyone

when they don't believe in

themselves,

because she see the

best

in everyone.

.

Four friends

bound by common ground,

by a similar dream

(to help young children

master the magic inside them).

Plans are drawn and

brick by brick,

they give life to their dream.

.

But as quickly as they

come together, they

f

apart.

Because they live in a time

ruled by fear and hostility.

People like them are being

burnedscorchedharmed

because the Muggles don't understand

that they aren't dangerous.

Everything they've worked so hard to

((protect))

is at stake.

.

Cold Salazar,

whose heart has long since thawed,

wants to keep the blood pure

to avoid the burningscorchingilluminating flames

(because he doesn't want to lose his friends).

Daring Godric,

with his golden –compass–,

doesn't care about the risks

and will do anything for others.

Wise Rowena

tries to smooth things over,

but even she can't find a solution.

And sweet Helga

is caught [bet][ween] her friends,

unwilling and unable to

choose si/des.

With no one understanding his position,

Salazar storms a…w…a…y

in amidst his blazing fury,

because he won't watch his friends

get themselves killed for the sake of others.

.

In the end,

their greatest traits are

their greatest downfall.

But the legacy of their dream lives

on.
