Draco and Harry were sitting in an igloo in Alaska after a long day of being outside, trying to track down a death eater.
"Why did we get sent to this freezing place," Draco asked, harping. "What did we do wrong?"
"Would you just shut up, Malfoy!" Harry snapped.
The two boys had been in Alaska for a week. Close proximity to Draco for too long was a mix of bad news.
Draco looked appalled.
"It's probably because you destroyed the file cabinet in the office." Draco decided.
"Well if you hadn't sent that-" Harry broke off, growling almost. "I'm not getting into this with you."
Draco got in his bed, covering up to his neck.
"At least we go back tomorrow," he spatted. "Then I won't have to be this close to you again!"
Harry sighed and got into his own bed.
Harry awoke in the middle of the night, freezing. The heater stopped working. He got up to fix it; or try to. His teeth started chattering. He cursed Kingsley inwardly for sending them in a place this cold where they couldn't use magic. Harry knocked the heater over a few minutes later, fed up.
Draco's eyes shot open, startled.
"Potter, what are you doing?" He asked sleepily.
"Trying to fix the heater. It shut off. But I can't-"
"Potter," Draco said interrupting Harry.
"What, Malfoy?" Harry asked tired and frustrated in between chatters.
"Come here." Draco instructed, holding up his covers.
"Malfoy, are you sure?"
"Yes, your bloody chattering is keeping me from sleep."
Harry ran over to Draco's bed and slid under the covers.
Draco pulled him close and snuggled into Harry's back.
"Thanks... Draco." Harry whispered as he fell asleep.
Draco's eyes popped open to the sound of his name. A smile slowly appeared on his face. He closed his eyes and fell asleep as well.
The next morning Harry woke up with a low groan. He opened his eyes and saw that Draco was too, waking up.
"Morning," Draco said.
"Morning." Harry replied awkwardly.
Draco smirked, feeling Harry's morning wood. Harry blushed. He tried to quickly get out of the bed. Draco grabbed a hold of Harry, pulling him back down, smirking evilly.
"Welcome back," Kinglsey said, welcoming Harry and Draco back, later that day.
Harry and Draco came out of the elevator laughing.
"I see you two are getting along."
"Yeah. Um, Kingsley," Harry started. "We didn't find the Death Eater."
"Of course not. We sent you two there to work out your differences. You two cost us a lot money in damage this year; we had to do something.
Harry and Draco stood there, shocked.
"Have a great day." Kingsley said as he walked away, smiling in satisfaction; leaving the two boys there, dumbfounded.
