So I wanted to do something different than the other stories I have. I decided on my other favorite show, Supernatural.
I'm sorry, if any details are wrong. I did my best to watch and research some episodes that had information on Sam's views of hunting.
Let me know what you think.
As always, thanks to all my readers, and to all the publishers on this site!
John Winchester sits in a dark motel room, reading some articles that he came across. He and his boys, Dean and Sam Winchester, checked in about a week ago. They were never supposed to be there that long, but his youngest son Sam, Who had just turned 16 last month, was making things a little harder. John knew Sam never liked this life, but he need to save the lives of people in trouble, from the things the world would never know about.
His oldest son, Dean, who is four years and four months older than Sam, never had a problem with the way they lived. Well, at least not that he knew about, Dean has never complained about any of the things his father tells him to do. No matter what John pushes on him, he's never made an objection.
John was getting tired of Sam's attitude for the past few days. Sam would sit on his bed and burry his face in a book, with a frown on his face. Then when John would speak to him about the case they were working on, Sam would sigh and roll his eyes. John would tell him stop with the attitude, but Sam would just help with the case and keep up with the little looks. John what his youngest son wanted out of life, but the truth was that hunters, once introduce in this life, their lives would never be the same. So if Sam tried to live a normal life, he would still know what was out there. He wouldn't be able to keep away from it.
Ever since what happened sixteen years ago, with his wife, Mary Winchester, the mother of his children, they've never been the same. They've been searching for the demon that killed Mary. Though, when they couldn't get any leads on that demon, they would find other cases to still help innocent people.
No, this life wasn't ideal, but they have devoted their lives to hunting this demon. Sam doesn't want to have anything to do with this life, he wants to finish high school and go to college. John knew this though, and he wants his kids to have a normal life. Though knowing what's out there, the life they wish to have, they could never have it. John had been trying to get this through Sam's head, that a normal life would never work out for any of them.
John looks up from the article he was reading, and looks over to his youngest son. Sam was asleep in one of the hotel beds, and Dean in the other. John had told them to get some sleep while he worked on the case.
Sam was a great hunter, he was smart, but he's never had the passion for it. Dean, he was as great as a hunter as Sam, and he did have passion for it. Though, Sam just has the skill to become one of the best hunters.
If John could go back and fix everything, he would. He just can't, it's just not humanly possible. Until he can find a way, or until they can find this demon and kill it, they are stuck in this life. Then again, knowing about this life, they could never walk away.
They could only just wish for a better life.
