Purestrongpoem: This is my first story so please don't be too harsh. I am terrible at writing. This is I don't own Saint Seiya the Lost Canvas' characters. Enjoy.
Athena
Sasha stood at a huge, golden door in awe at how marvellous it was. Pope Sage stood beside her and gently asked, "Are you ready, Lady Athena?" Sasha honestly didn't know and was afraid to step into the room. She was always Sasha, the orphan. Although she was poor, she was happy with her older brother, Alone, and her best friend, Tenma. She never had to worry about anything. Her childhood was perfect and happy. However, it ended when Sagittarius Sisyphus came to take her back to her rightful place as Athena. She had to leave everything behind. Was she ready to leave her happiness behind and bear the responsibilities and burdens as Athena? Behind the door were Saints ready to serve and protect her. They were ready to end the Holy War and bring peace to everyone. She wondered if all the saints were as nice as Sisyphus? She never met them before and she was nervous. Was she ready to lead the Holy war? What would happen if she failed? She shuddered at that thought. If Tenma was here, he would have slap her for her pessimism. No, he would want her to become strong and lead the Saints to victory. She was Athena and she had to accept it. It was her duty to lead the people and ended the war. She knew if she left, people would continue to suffer and die. She gazed up at Pope Sage with a determined look. She answered, confidently, "I am ready". Yes, she was ready to take on the challenges, the burdens, and the responsibilities. She pushed the heavy doors open. A small smile formed on her face. She was Athena, after all.
