Chapter One: Let me tell you a story...

Author's Note: So I had this idea in my mind for awhile now, it was actually supposed to be my first fanfic, but I decided to do my Mama's Advice story first. This story is most likely going to have more chapters.

Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto! It all belongs to Masashi Kishimoto.

Sakura's P.O.V.

Let me tell you a story.

A story that I know all too well.

Once upon a time, there was a little girl.

She had long pink hair, and emerald green eyes.

Yet, what people didn't know, was that this little girl kept a secret...

This secret that she kept could only be seen if you looked at her eyes.

If you looked closely into her emerald green eyes, you would see the pain reflected into them.

Pain that no child should ever feel at the age of five.

You may be wondering why she felt alone.

Well you see...

Her father died when she was five years old.

He was her anchor.

The thing that kept her going and made her strong.

Yet in the end she lost him.

What of her mother you ask?

Her mother was never the same after the death of the little girl's father.

The mother would ignore her own daughter.

Her mother would never tell her "I love you."

What's even worse was that this little girl knew why.

She could see the answer whenever she looked into her mother's eyes.

Whenever her mother would look at her, tears would be trailing down her mother's face.

It was because she reminded her mother too much of her father that passed away.

That wasn't the only thing that this little girl had to go through.

You see the same little girl had no friends.

Why is that you ask?

Well it's because the children her age would always make fun of her.

They would even physically hurt her.

They would kick her.

They would tug on her hair until some ripped off.

Then they would leave her there.

Bleeding.

Crying.

You see this little girl was broken.

She would always cry because she couldn't take it.

She wasn't strong enough.

Sometimes this little girl would wonder if it was better off to be dead.

Yet she knew that she must keep on trying to live.

Why you ask?

It's because she knew her father wouldn't want that for her.

He would want her to live a happy life.

Have her first kiss.

Have her first boyfriend.

Get married.

Have kids.

Most of all he wanted her to live a long life with the one she loved.

He still kept her strong even though he wasn't there with her.

Her father also given her a place where she could get away from those dark places.

While her mother was sleeping she would always go to that special place.

To that cherry blossom tree where her father and mother met and fell in love.

How do I know this you may ask?

Well let me tell you a secret.

That little girl that I was just telling you about...

Well that little girl was me.

Underneath the cloudy skies, that's where I met you.

Where that cherry blossom tree lies.

Forgotten.

Alone.

I still remember you, but do you remember me?

Author's Note: So that's chapter one. Please review because that'll tell me if you want me to continue this story or not. Also the person that Sakura is talking about isn't really you, she's actually talking to herself. I don't know if that makes sense. *Sweatdrop* XD

Anyways thank you for reading! ^·^
