She wasn't quite sure where she was at first. Then, she recognized Captain Sheridan. Just by looking at him, she could tell what he was thinking and feeling.
Fuck. Tell Bester to not leave the station quite yet, we've got another one. The Captain said.
"Tell Bester to not leave the station quite yet, we've got another one." The Captain repeated, except this time his lips were moving.
There was an annoyed groan behind her as Commander Ivanova called for Bester to return to the Captain's office.
When Bester arrived, he had another Psi-Cop in tow, a rather average looking fellow who looked to be in his mid-thirties with brown hair and brown eyes.
Meet Ralph. Bester said with a smirk.
"Er, hi." she said, wondering what Ralph had to do with anything since she'd never seen him in the series.
While you and your new husband are getting acquainted, I'm going to have the captain over here sign your marriage certificate. Bester said.
Wait? What?
Can you cook? the complete stranger whose name was apparently Ralph asked as Bester pulled a piece of plastic out of his pocket and handed it to the captain.
"I'll fill in the rest of it later." Bester said.
"I really should figure out a way to send them back." Captain Sheridan said as he scribbled something on the clear sheet of plastic.
"I really wish you woldn't." Bester replied as he took the item that had been unceremoniously slid towards him. "With all the new P-12s that keep turning up, the Academy's going to have quite the bumper crop of recruits in a few years."
