So for those who don't know, my previous story, Fairy Tail: The Forgotten Flame, was deleted. I did it because I thought that it was flawed in ways that I couldn't keep track of. That's the problem with being a writer in any scale, you feel that your work can be improved constantly. To improve on my work, I decided to do this story over again. Hopefully I can get to point where I actually want to update this story often, which was one of my previous problems. People actually read and like that story and i let them down. Well, hopefully I can make up for that with this new story. It's going to incorporate the same characters from my last one, but on a different scale. It's difficult to explain, but I plan on making an original story within Hiro Mashima's work. Speaking of which, the manga has officially ended and I feel weird about that. I don't really want this adventure to stop, but I think it's the right thing to do to end it here. Anyway, think of this story as a tribute to Mashima Sensei for inspiring me and entertaining me for years. For those who read my last story, this is gonna take on joining the magical guild of Fairy Tail. I hope you enjoy it.

Chapter 1: Prologue

The Cosmos, an ever-expanding space filled with a plethora of life and energy. Have you ever wondered how this vast universe was created in the first place? Many have created theories and stories on how it all began, but never told the whole story.

In the beginning, there was darkness. Nothing but a giant void of black. Void of almost all luminosity except for nine brilliant lights, all different colors, drifting in the cold reaches of space. Until one fateful moment, the lights all collided together and the universe exploded into existence.

The Cosmos was then created, massive amounts of dust floating around. The dust began to condense into giant and brilliant spheres of light that were from then on called stars. These trillions of stars lit up the never-ending darkness of space. But then something else happened that no one or nothing could ever expect.

In the very center of the universe, the massive amount of stars and nebulas fused together to create something else, something unique, something….alive.

The fusion formed a massive being, a humanoid figure that was taller than any mountain ever existed. Its eyes lit up with a brilliant gaze, having two newborn stars as eyeballs. Its smooth skin was black dark matter, and lit up with smaller stars and nebulas on every inch of its body. Its form was surrounded by a massive cloud ring of space dust. This massive form was known forevermore as a name as great as its appearance: The Allfather.

Over millions of years, the Allfather grew smarter and stronger, learning the ability to manipulate the atoms and molecules of the matter around him. He even managed to create somethings out of nothing, using parts of his very own body. Through his matter manipulations, he invented planets, and through his body, he created life to him on these planets.

The Allfather created all forms of life, from insects to animals to human beings. But even though he created these creatures, he could never stop feeling lonely. In order to fill his void, he decided to make two life forms unlike any other.

In his right hand, he took a mass of stars and nebulas and shaped them into a creature of exquisite beauty and power. Its long neck stuck out its smooth, scaly head. Its eyes peered with a bright yellow color. From its muscular back, it sprouted two strong wings, which complemented its arms and legs, which were each equipped with razor sharp claws. Its white scales glistened like millions of stars in the darkness of space. The first dragon was created. The Allfather made the name perfect for it, for he will never forget its beauty and perfection: Requiem.

In his left hand was something different all together. Using a massive amount of dark matter, he manipulated the substance to make a creature of hideous appearance. Its red eyes resembled the light of a dying star. Its skin was entirely made of a constantly transforming black matter, all forms of which were frightening. The first ever demon was then created. The Allfather named this creature with care as well: Revenant.

These two creatures were his children, and he was their father. But unlike many human and animal families that he had created, this family never knew peace.

Requiem and Revenant constantly battled one another, each one disgusted by the mere existence of each other. Also because of their interests with the created universe. Requiem wanted to build and preserve life, but Revenant wanted nothing more than to snuff that life out and destroy everything his father built. Their fights would often affect other worlds in untold ways. But with every fight and every struggle, Allfather put them in their places, driving each fight to an end with his awesome power.

Tired of his father interfering with his affairs, but unable to kill him, Revenant poisoned his father, keeping him in a constant state of rest. With the Allfather comatose and unable to keep the peace between his sons, chaos broke out.

With every attempt at destroying the Cosmos, Requiem met Revenant with equal ferocity and power. In time, their conflict escalated on a biblical scale. Each side made their own armies from parts of themselves, armies of dragons and demons. Their conflict destroyed all worlds save for one, a world that was third from its sun, a planet that the humans called Earth, among many other names.

The two brought their conflict among the humans. Some joined one side, some joined the other. But all died in battle, and those who sat on the sidelines shared a similar fate. For millions of years, mankind has destroyed and rebuilt this world many times over. And Requiem and Revenant were almost always the cause of it. And thus, the struggle between good and evil was licked in place eternally.

Our story takes place in the most recent of these struggles, a time where both Requiem and Revenant are both long dead, but not gone. Though their existence is all but forgotten, the inhabitants are about to get a wake up call.

Carnation Village, Fiore

Year X792

AJ Kenobu stood at the edge of town, looking at the growing village one last time before turning his head away from it and toward the road ahead. He was a young man about 19 years of age, with black hair and blue eyes. He is currently wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt with a chain wrapped around his torso. Each link of the chain was the shape of an infinity symbol.

He reached into his pocket and pulled out a watch. The watch was silver and gold, adorned with several different colors of jewels. He inhaled slowly and then put the watch back into his pocket. "Alright, here I come Fairy tail. For real this time," he says to himself . He puts his right foot forward and started to walk toward his goal in mind: the Fairy Tail guild.

Okay guys, this a revamp of my Fairy Tail: The Forgotten Flame story. I'm gonna try and make it better than ever, and now that the summer is here, I'll be able to update quite frequently. I hope you guys like this story, as I've good quite a bit of thought into the philosophy of my story with how the Fairy Tail universe would be affected by my visions. Anyway, I'll see you guys next time and hopefully you'll all enjoy it. You can review if you want, but no flames please.
