Petpets Battledome!

A/N: My first foray into the world of Neopets fanfic. I have written about Harry Potter before.

It was a bright summer morning in Neopia Central. And a construction crew was just leaving a
new arena near the Battledome. And other Neopets were starting to come in. The announcer
was saying,"Well, the petpets will enter shortly. This is a trial, so if you're not satisfied we're
working on it. And here they are! BB Gun the Buzzer and Skipit the Poppit."
Two doors simeltaneosly opened. BB Gun was carrying a sword that appeared to be made of tin
foil and a bit of pinkish snow. Skipit was toting a small ray gun that he was trying to repair and
a fuzzle. Why he was carrying a fuzzle is unclear; maybe we'll find out. "The fight commences!"
BB Gun began buzzing loudly. Skipit tried to cover his ears. Then, BB Gun swung his foil sword at
him. "And that was the Sword of Mar! Is Skipit going to dodge? Yes!" Skipit bounced into the air,
dodging the sword, and fired a beam from his ray gun at BB Gun. It hit dead center. "And damage
has been caused!" said the announcer. *BB GUN CURRENT HP 8/10 SKIPIT CURRENT HP 8/8*
flashed the scoreboard. Poppit landed with a thud to a blow from BB Gun's Sword of Mar. "Well
that sword honestly doesn't do much..." announced the announcer. *BB GUN CURRENT HP 8/10
SKIPIT CURRENT HP 7/8* said the scoreboard. Skipit threw his fuzzle in the air. It came floating
down - and EXPLODED!!! Both pets got hit by the blast. "Wow, that was a ..er... Modified Blue Fuzzle. It's done a lot of damage." *BB GUN CURRENT HP 1/10 SKIPIT CURRENT HP 2/8* BB Gun
threw his snow chunk at Skipit. Realising that it would explode, Skipit shot a beam from his ray
gun at the chunk of snow. It missed, but hit BB Gun the Buzzer. *BB GUN CURRENT HP 0/10
WE HAVE A WINNER* "Yes, we have a winner" BOOM! "Or not!" *BB GUN CURRENT HP 0/10 SKIPIT
CURRENT HP 0/8* The Exploding Snow Chunk hit Skipit the Poppit, making the match a draw. "So
this trial match is a dud,"said the announcer."Oh well, come back some other time. See ya!"
