A/N: What's up, guys? This is my first Star Wars story, and it's based off the most contradictable question in all of Star Wars: Who Shot First, Han or Greedo? I shall answer that question: Han shot first. He shot first in the original scene, and George Lucas shouldn't have changed it. But anyway, here's my version that will try to make Greedo less of a loser. By the way, I have no knowledge of Huttese, so Greedo's lines will be in English. Sorry, but to me Huttese is just gibberish.

"Not so fast Solo," a voice said.

Han groaned. He could recognize that voice anywhere, and he hated it with a passion. He turned to face the voice. Pointing a gun at him was a Turquoise alien (I'm not sure what color to use to describe Greedo. Sorry if I'm wrong). Han Recognized him as Greedo, one of Jabba's bounty hunters, although he wasn't used as much. Jabba preferred Bobba Fett, only sending Greedo when the others were busy.

"Jabba must be desperate if he sent this bozo after me," Han thought, then spoke to Greedo, "Greedo, how are you? Jabba finally gave you a chance, huh?"

"Cut the small talk, Solo," Greedo said, not once lowering his gun. "We both know why I'm here. Take a seat."

They sat a table, Han getting his blaster ready in case things went south. Greedo may not look like much, but when he got a chance to prove himself he did. Han never took chances when it came to Jabba, especially after he put the price on his and Chewbaca's heads for dumping the cargo.

"The price on your head just went up," Greedo told Han, "If I were you, I would pay Jabba already."

"Look, I've told Jabba that it was either lose the cargo or get arrested," Han began, annoyed as he had already heard this talk before, "And if that happened the shipment would have been lost anyway. But tell him not to worry. I've got a new job that will pay him back, plus interest."

"I'm afraid Jabba can't wait much longer," Greedo said, "Though if you're lucky he'll only take the Falcoln as his payment."

"Over my dead body," Han said, not caring if Greedo shot him anymore. Anything was better than having to Jabba again. Greedo smirked.

"That's the idea, Han," Greedo said, then pulled the trigger.

Nothing. Greedo looked at the gun in wonder. It had jammed somehow.

"Oh f-" Greedo said, but didn't get to finish his thought before he got shot in the gut. Everybody in the bar turned to the table to see Han looking smug over the smoldering corpse of the bounty hunter.

"I guess what they say is true," Han said as he got up, "I always shoot first."

A/N: Well, how was it? I know it wasn't exactly a masterpiece, but this was my first Star Wars story, so cut me some slack. Anyway, I hope you liked the change. Instead of making Greedo an extremely terrible shot (how do you miss at point blank range?), I made his gun jam, so Han still shot first. Hope you guys liked the story. Bye!
