A year has passed since Cartman had survived his fateful sacrifice to save South Park from a poisonous cloud of chemical gas threatening to engulf the western US coast including South Park and yet PC Principal has been fired from his job for beating up
Cartman a year ago.
Principal Victoria and Mr Garrison with Officer Barbrady have each been reinstated. As has Kyle's speeches. Nathaniel has relieved the South Park Boys of their vow to serve him for life urgently.
But during class, Mr Mackey has come in with Scott accusing of him of mooning. The only way Scott could avoid resulting expulsion is if he's found not guilty unanimously.
Inside a locked library, Cartman with Kyle, Stan, Kenny, Butters, David, Token, Jimmy, Jason, Clyde, Craig, and Timmy had begun to deliberate whether Scott is guilty or not.
All in favor of declaring Scott guilty raised hands except for Kyle and Stan who raised theirs in favor of declaring Scott innocent.
"What the fuck!" Cartman yelled in anger. Stan and Kyle asked the others if they should go over the evidence first. The others reluctantly agreed.
Chapter 2
From examining bare butt cheeks to looking over notes in hand writing, the boys one by one agreed to declare Scott not guilty of mooning Mr Mackey except Cartman.
Cartman then however confessed out of sorrow for mooning Mackey and framing Scott for it. But in the end, instead of being expelled, he's suspended for 1 day upon being found guilty of mooning while Scott remains at school cleared of all charges.
