Here's a cheeky lil' Wolfstar fic, about two of their arguments, one set when they first get together, the other when they meet for the first time after Askaban. It doesn't really fit with the books because the first time they meet is in the shrieking shack. But Wolfstar are too adorable so...
Chapter 1, 'Before Everything'
"Moony, we can't keep doing this."
"Doing what?" Said Remus, who knew perfectly well what Sirius was talking about.
"Lying. To James, to Peter, to everyone."
"I- I can't Sirius."
"What are you afraid of? You're a werewolf for god's sake, do you really think they'll judge you for being bi?"
"It's not just that. It's you, isn't it? Aren't you scared?" Moony's eyes were downcast, ashamed of his fear.
"No. They're our friends. Our best friends. They won't care. We can't keep sneaking around like this... Our excuses are running out."
"I'm not ready, I'm serious!"
"No, I'm Sirius!" Padfoot sniggered, and Moony willed his mouth with all his might not to twist into a smile.
"Now is not the time for puns."
"It's always the time for -" Began Sirius, but the look on his boyfriend's face stopped him.
"Look," Remus sighed, meeting Sirius's eyes. "I don't want to lose what we have. I love our secret trips out, our hidden smiles and special moments. Iwant to enjoy what we have before we grow up, before... Everything."I'm not ready to share Us yet, you know?
Sirius smiled, a smile the lit up his whole face. "I know. Ok, we won't tell them, not yet."
"Really?"
Sirius answered with a kiss, and all trace of anger melted away and it was just the two of them, Pads and Moony, and they were happy.
But this was before everything. Before their best friends died. Before one of them was charged with murder. Before both their lives fell apart.
