Like I always say, read the entire chapter and let the author know what you like and hate about the story between, characterization, plot, grammar. You might discard a story only to miss out that it was what you wanted in the late chapters. I like reviews and please if there is more support, I will write this to have realistic and gradual growth in power, competent and dangerous antagonists with really cleaver ideas, a dark shinobi world, etc.
If you have ideas you'd like to see here you can also post them and I'll use them accordingly if they are compatible with the story, like a challenge of sorts.
PS: I will have to rewrite this later. Just left it here to remember the idea so nothing in stone yet, THIS IS A ROUGH DRAFT TO TEST WATERS, this chapter is worth 2-3 really evaluated chapters.

Mountain's graveyard, 6 years BNB
Madara was smart and despite his unmatched arrogance, he is always a cautious person. Despite the claims of Zetsu, Madara felt in his gut that something was amiss.
This so called will of his seemed different to what he would expect. Years of experience made his instincts know when shit is about to happen.
So for a while he began researching one of the white Zetsu, he decided to create another Zetsu, one which will work on securing another vessel for his resurrection should Obito and/or Zetsu betray him.
He would need another rinnegan user but from what he learned, it will be almost impossible for any uchiha awaken the rinnegan early and that is if said uchiha actually survives the transplant of the cells. From the uchiha tablet, he gathered that it requires Indra's chakra and Asura's chakra combined to create the rinnegan.
Indra's descendants, the uchiha have their special chakra in their eyes, Asura's descendants, Senju and Uzumaki have their chakra in their cells. The Senju and Uzumaki possess the chakra with enough quality and quantity to operate the rinnegan and he needs his Zetsu to actually have a strong vessel or else the other Zetsu who could sense the chakra, might easily procure him, there were few Senju and Uzumaki left and it would be better to wait before initiating the plan he was thinking.
He stopped his train of thoughts and watched the white Zetsu infront of him. This was one of the Zetsu he created after Tobi and the first white Zetsu. For some reason he couldn't create anymore of them no matter how hard he tried. He gazed at the Zetsu and placed one hand on its head and the other performed handseals at a fast rate for someone his age. The hand on the Zetsu head glowed briefly as all its memories were wiped out and Madara put instructions, plans and some of his knowledge in the clone.
"Your name is now Ishi, you are my will." Madara didn't say more since most of his instructions were already in Ishi.
"Yes, Madara-sama." The white clone, Ishi replied to its master.
Madara nods and removes his hand from the head. He unsealed a jar from his sleeve, the jar contained a sharingan eye inside. He opened the jar and carefully pulled out the eye before placing it on Ishi's left eye.
"That eye has a Mangekyo ability that would help out with you mission and in the future." Madara stated as he watched the white Zetsu clone disappear underground.
'Zetsu, Obito, you two had better not be scheming on me or it might just backfire on you all.' Madara thought as he waited for Obito and Zetsu to return.
Konoha village, 4 years ANB
Ishi watched his latest and perfect candidate for the plan that Madara had given him 10 years ago. After countless years of searching for Uzumaki with powerful life force and chakra but also young age to be easily moulded, he had came upon the boy's pregnant mother. The boy exhibited very dense chakra upon his birth and thanks to that crazy blonde of a father, the boy would soon become completely bonded to the kyubi's chakra increasing the brat's already highly dense and big reserves, stamina and resilience as well as healing factor.
Leave it to kages to make things more harder than they should be. This might help him though since he failed to find an uchiha who could handle Hashirama's cells, this boy appeared to have cells of almost similar capacity to that of Hashirama in vitality if not more from his Uzumaki lineage. Shame he lacked the Mokuton.
Instead of infusing Hashirama's cells or this boy's cells to an uchiha, most likely the boy same age as the blonde one, whose chakra is almost similar to that of Madara-sama, he decided to try to likely opposite which has more successful chance. It would be easy to merge to do so and apply other eyes on the uchiha, to also avoid suspicion, I will use the Mangekyo Madara bestowed at me to merge the eyes into the boy's thus still preserving their previous colour but officially making it his kekkei genkai to a genetic level.
But first, the boy requires a proper attitude and from what I could see from his treatment on the village, he harbours great anger and resentment. If moulded correctly he could be the perfect person to serve Madara's plans and derail the Akatsuki.
With that decided, he procured two eyes he had gotten from Madara's collection and went into the Uchiha clan at night. After locating the boy's room, he started exchanging the eyes which was a quick process thanks to his fusing abilities.
Changing the eyes had almost no effects aside from trying to accommodating the eyes, they would function like his own, but to the blonde, it will be a different matter entirely.
He quickly left after feeling a presence nearing the room fast. When he appeared, he was in the orphanage besides the Uzumaki.
The Mangekyo Madara gave him can be used three times only. The first Madara used to merge Hashirama's chakra into himself more and now only two uses remained. Madara had stated that the last use was to fuse this boy's rinnegan with Madara later after his resurrection and the second use was to create the rinnegan. When he transplants the eyes to the boy, he will stay inside to influence and manipulate the boy's conscious and thoughts and in the future, he will release himself from the boy's body taking the rinnegan and merging it with Madara's gifting him two rinnegan abilities.
A creepy smile stretched on its face as it planted the two childish eyes on its eye sockets, his own sharingan now located on its forehead. He shrank into the kid's size and laid on top of the boy facing up as the boy and merged with him while the sharingan on its forehead morphed into a three flower petal Mangekyo pattern. When he merged into the boy the two eyes positioned themselves above the blonde's, resistance from the boy's own chakra with that of the kyubi started rejecting the eyes due to foreign chakra and DNA but when the Mangekyo began spinning fast, the resistance dwindled and the eyes melted into Naruto's, the chakra inside the eyes and the one from Naruto fused and assimilated each other.
This Mangekyo acted as welder to a genetic level. When he fused the eyes with Naruto, some of Naruto's chakra entered the eyes and fused with the residual chakra from the uchiha boy, the resulting chakra was passed into the eyes' coils and synchronised making the chakra the new source of chakra in using the dōjutsu when activated. The residual chakra was also replicated and fused into Naruto's entire chakra core and system making his chakra suitable for using on a dōjutsu.
Ishi was exhausted but satisfied when the entire process was over and successful. He turned himself into a pollen and planted himself in Naruto's brain. The boy was still young and dumb to truly question things and he will be inside the boy since outside was risky with the other Zetsu's presence. He would live inside the boy's mind and influence some of his thoughts.
NarutoNaruto woke up feeling his eyes slightly burning and itching causing tears to fall from his eyes.
He abruptly got out of bed and went to the bathroom to wash them and check if something was wrong but found nothing wrong. His eyes were filled with red veins on the whites and maybe someone had pulled a prank on him since he can't think of anything else.
After spending some time washing his eyes with cold water to rid of the pain and irritation it had started to calm down and hurt less until it all disappeared completely, even the red lines.
He went to bed again since he was still sleepy and it was about 2 to 3 hours before sunrise.
Naruto, 5 years ANB
Naruto was walking on his way to the park when he saw ahead of him a group of 5 boys who looked to be about 7-8 year old bullying a small dark blue haired girl his age who was crying on the ground on her knees asking(stuttering) for forgiveness. 'don't bother with their trifling affairs, they're non of my concern' Naruto sighed as he kept walking away from them. The voice had started whispering to him about a year ago. It was as if it was his own inner thoughts and he never questioned it. It would just appear at rare times when he about to do something stupid like pulling pranks, ignore his studies and when he put a fake smile. It would correct him or stir him away.
"Ha! even that freak brat is too scared to come help you. It proves just how much people hate your freakish eyed clan. Acting all mighty to everyone." The biggest presumably their leader said.
This caused Naruto who heard the boy's words to stop at the jabs sent his way. He turned to look at the boy with narrowed eyes and then after looking at everyone else, his eyes landed on the girl on the floor who had lowered her head as the leader put his foot on her head. Naruto ignored the voice and ran straight for the leader and punched him on the face with a force that knocked him out cold. His four boys ran away scared leaving their leader laying behind.
Naruto turned and walked away.

"Ano, thank you for saving me" The girl behind him said in a small voice filled with stutters that he almost couldn't catch what she said.
"I didn't do it for you." He said without pausing as he kept walking while trying to ignore the dissapointed he felt in his head at the confrontation but also satisfaction at letting some of his anger out. He shrugged to himself and left the girl behind.
Naruto, 10 years ANB
Over the years, Naruto had been training after starting the academy, he was more serious and avoided nonsense. After starting the academy he began to train himself in increasing his speed, agility and strength. His taijutsu was better than those that used the academy taijutsu style but inferior to that of the Hyuga, Uchiha or Inuzuka but he was steadily climbing.
He was surprised that the Hyuga was the girl who he had met and she was still as shy and withdrawn. 'He' internally scoffed at the display of weakness. After the Uchiha massacre 3 years ago, the Hyuga clan became the strongest clan in Konoha and this girl was supposed to the the heiress to said clan.
His eyes landed on the Uchiha. The boy was strong and had been at the top of the class for the past three years. After his clan's massacre the boy, Uchiha Sasuke, became uncaring and cold to everyone. Naruto had been defeated a lot in the taijutsu sparring sessions by him. In this year, Sasuke was the only person he had yet to defeat, which was hard considering that the boy was trained by his clan since young and obviously has a lot of material with detailed descriptions on training as well as a clan library.
He had tried to find it once when he sneaked in the uchiha district but when be did find the windowless building he discovered that it was locked by a bloodline seal and his blood was not of the Uchiha so he gave up.
He relied on increasing his speed and strength to match the skills the Uchiha had but his academy style was too predictable. He hadn't heard the voices in a long time so he assumed that it has stopped and merged into his current personality.
An idea appeared in his head. Why not make his taijutsu unpredictable? That way, it would be really hard to counter it. he just didn't have to learn other styles but learn the basic idea which he already did. His taijutsu should focus more on overpowering and being faster than his opponents, agile to also confuse his opponents. It's bad that people didn't like being close to him much less train with him, the only one who never looked at him in annoyance or hatred was shy and completely flustered around him.
She came from a strong clan but she has such low confidence. The first time he approached her in the academy, she looked like a cornered animal and fainted when he was about to speak to her. He had seen this from many girls around Sasuke and now he knew he had one of 'em fangirls, only an idiot would've missed it. He suddenly sneezed.
"She doesn't hate me like other villagers and she even has a crush on me. I could tolerate her and even boost her confidence in turn making her a powerful ally. She could help me improve my taijutsu and chakra control which her clan is renowned for both." Yet the biggest challenge was getting a conversation with her without her fainting.
Paper message. He tore a piece of paper from his notebook and wrote a short note know she can't refuse at all.
Meet me at the forest behind the academy training ground immediately after academy hours.

He folded the small note four times before passing it the student above him in behind instructing him to pass it to her. Iruka was writing in the board missing most of what's happening between students.
When Hinata confusedly received the note, she opened and read the note before passing out fully tomato flashed. Naruto sighed and shook his head at her antics.
"What did you do to her?" The doggy boy besides him, Kiba, asked looking irritated. His question was ignored as Naruto looked ahead.
After class hours were over, Naruto sat on the grass in the forest waiting for her. About 5 minutes later he heard hesitant footsteps coming his way. He just sat there passively looking at her before releasing a small smile at her.
"You can sit infront of me, I have something I want to tell you." He didn't know what he said that made her actually flushed that much and close to fainting. He noticed a mixture of embarrassment, excitement and fear so he decided to try and diffuse this fast and gently. "Don't faint until I'm finished." he said seriously.
"Hai, Naruto-kun" She tried saying it in a serious stuttering voice as she could muster and shakily sat down opposite to him but looking anywhere but at him while twidling with her jacket.
"I asked you here because I want you to train with me in taijutsu everyday when you can." Naruto started
THUD!
It wouldnt be cute if it continues but he enjoyed it for now. She even used ghetto -kun on his name. She'll tolerate it but they have to really get it out of her. It's a good thing the cause of it was here already.
He pulled a bag of salt and passed some on her nose to get her up. He came prepared.
"Please don't faint again and listen carefully, we will train everytime at this spot. While you help me in taijutsu and chakra control, I'll help you in improving your confidence and removing your stutter." It would be overwhelming to outright give her what she wants and he definitely liked her. He gentle personality while endearing was a liability in the world of shinobi.
He decided to drop a killer bomb. "We would also be hanging out here as friends when you aren't busy." 'and we have a record of the fastest KO and blush face.' But he couldnt help but smile.
Within his head, Ishi was planning on how to use that forming bond as a way to make the boy awaken the rinnegan. 'Create one anchor, and when it's gone, it will devastate you into a tool capable of awakening not only the Mangekyo but also the Rinnegan when all that darkness is released. The best way to go about this is if the girl dies by the Akatsuki's hands'.
