Scrapyard
Chapter One: "Gone"
Freddy Fazbear's Pizza – November 7th, 1993;
Leo was missing. Freddy had woken up to find himself on stage with the others. He remembered what had happened clearly, but that didn't explain why he couldn't find Leo anywhere. He checked the hallways, the security room, the kitchen, the bathrooms, and backstage, but he came up with nothing. He finally turned his attention to Pirate's Cove.
Freddy didn't want to go in there because he didn't want to run into Foxy, but he had to make sure that Leo hadn't been hurt after Freddy had been taken down. He knew that Bonnie, Chica, and himself had been badly damaged as they now wore older versions of their suits. The bear took a peek inside of the curtain and smirked. He saw Foxy sitting against his fake ship in a limp position. His suit was ripped in multiple places and there was even a hole in the middle of his chest.
"Looks like he put up quite the fight." Freddy thought. Since Foxy was out cold, Freddy stepped inside of the cove. He had been in there multiple times but never for more than a few minutes, and he wanted to keep it like that. He checked inside, around, and behind the ship, but there was still no sign of their lion friend. Before he left, he gave Foxy a good kick and jumped off of the stage.
"What's wrong Freddy?" Chica asked as her boss glumly made his way back to the main stage.
"I can't find Leo anywhere." The bear replied. "I'm worried that Foxy tore him to shreds or something."
"Have you checked everywhere?" Bonnie asked.
"Yeah, even Pirate's Cove. Looks like he gave Foxy a good thrashing." The bear tried to avoid Bonnie's eyes. Things were complicated between them, and Freddy was nervous when he spoke around him.
"Should we ask-" Chica started but was cut off by Freddy almost immediately.
"No! We are not going to him for help." The bear got angry whenever someone mentioned his sibling. He could have done so much to stop what had happened, but he hadn't done anything.
"Listen Freddy, Chica's right." Bonnie said. "If we don't know where he is, Golden usually knows everything and he was activated during the entire thing." Freddy knew that Bonnie was telling the truth, but the prospect of asking him for help was just mortifying.
"It can't hurt to check." Chica told him. "And if you won't ask him, I will!" Freddy looked at her incredulously, she would go talk to him? He couldn't put her in that kind of danger.
"I'll go!" He snapped. "But you owe me!" Freddy called as he ran towards the poster.
Golden Freddy's room was like it had been for the last week. There were a few blood stains, a table with a faded cloth, some machines used in making animatronics, and a chess board style floor with a small replica pattern tracing along the middle of the walls. Golden Freddy was laying down on his table and looked up to see his visitor. His eyes widened when he saw Freddy and he quickly sat up.
"What do you want?" He asked. "I didn't spy on you again! I didn't do anything!" Golden Freddy was terrified of his sibling. The last time they had seen each other, Golden Freddy had been spying on them and Freddy had left with an ominous threat.
"Relax. I just want to know where Leo is." He said. Golden Freddy's eyes widened even more and his shoulders slumped.
"He was scrapped this morning." Golden Freddy looked down at the floor in sadness.
"WHAT!?" Freddy screamed at the top of his lungs. Thank goodness that the dining room was so far away, if it wasn't every customer would probably be looking around in fear.
"Mr. Fazbear arrived after he tore Foxy open. It wasn't a pretty scene." Golden Freddy said in a sad tone. "The way that it looked to him, Leo had torn you all apart. He deactivated him and called a truck to pick him up." Freddy was shocked. Leo was gone for good. Even though they'd only known each other for a week, Freddy felt like Leo was a good friend. Before he could get his emotions in check, Freddy started to cry. Golden Freddy leaned forward and brought him into a hug as he continued telling the story.
"Marian died. Foxy slit her neck right open and she died on the spot. When me and Puppet found her, we took her to his room but it was too late. We know what she meant to Leo so we are trying to figure out something special for her. We can't have a funeral, but we could make her a suit." Golden Freddy shrugged his shoulders because he didn't know if it was a good or bad idea. If they did stuff her, she wouldn't have Leo. But it wouldn't matter too much anyway, Golden Freddy knew that he would be back. He knew that they would see Leo again.
"Here comes the worst news Freddy," Golden Freddy sighed before he spilled the beans, "I heard Mr. Fazbear talking to an employee earlier. Marian's family has already noticed her disappearance. She's been staying the week here, but she would always give her family a call so that they would know she was safe. They tried calling her multiple times, but of course, there was no answer. Since there have been three disappearances in the last week, we're shutting down..." Freddy looked at his brother with an expression nobody had ever seen on his face before: Fear.
"You mean..." He failed to form the words.
"Yeah, we're gonna end up like Leo..."
