One day Princess Peach and Princess Daisy were having a tea party in the field in front of Peach's castle. Suddenly, a big pink laser beam shot down from the sky and the silhouette of someone in a puffy dress descended inside of it. When the figure stepped out of the beam, they could see that the mysterious visitor was a blonde woman who was wearing her hair in a bun. She had on a blue ball gown with glass slippers. She was also sporting a blue headband that concealed her ears. Soon afterwards the beam disappeared.
"I am Cinderella." said the woman, "I'm a Princess from another world. In my land we have recently discovered the technology to teleport ourselves to other worlds. We have formed an Alliance of Princesses and we would like you to join."
"Wow!" said Daisy.
"How surprising," said Peach, "We would love to join your alliance."
"Wait a minute," interrupted Daisy, "How do we know this weirdo who shows up outta nowhere in a laser beam isn't a bad guy?"
"She seems nice enough..." replied Peach.
"You're just too trusting! That's why you always get kidnapped"
"Hey, I haven't been kidnapped at all in the past month!"
"So? I've never been kidnapped it in past 7 years!"
"Oh, I'm terribly sorry, I didn't mean to start a fight between you two," interjected Cinderella.
"No, it's ok, we quarrel like this all the time, but we're actually best friends," Peach commented.
"Yeah, I guess we can trust you," said Daisy. She then whispered to Peach, "How can we tell she's not some villain in disguise"?
Peach pondered for a moment then clasped her hands together. She grabbed her purse off of the back of the chair she was sitting on while having tea, and took out a pokéball that was light pink on the bottom half and dark pink on the top half with a white separation and button in the middle.
"Come on out, Mewtwo!" she exclaimed as she threw the ball and Mewtwo materialized. "Can you please read this person's mind for me?" Mewtwo nodded and went into a trancelike state, saying Cinderella's thoughts out loud.
"Ugh, I can't believe the other Princesses sent me on this task. I always get stuck with all the hard work. This isn't much different from when my stepmother forced me to be her servant! I just want to go back home and take a nice long vacation from the Alliance with my Prince Charming. Wait a second, is that weird-looking creature saying my thoughts?!"
"That's enough Mewtwo," said Peach as she returned him to his pokéball. "Sorry about that Cinderella, we just wanted to make sure you weren't evil."
"We always have bad guys around here trying to cause trouble," added Daisy.
"That's understandable," replied Cinderella, "So can you come right now? Everyone at the Alliance is waiting for me to return with you two."
"Sure thing," said Daisy. "I'd love to," said Peach.
With that, Cinderella pulled a remote out from her sparkly blue purse and pressed a button. The pink beam returned and Peach and Daisy followed Cinderella into it.
