Kairi sat waiting for something. What it was she herself was unsure of.
"What're you doing up so high?" some one said below
"Who're you?" Kairi suddenly became very self conscious
"I'm just someone who's curious about the sweet girl in the tree" he shrugged. Kairi giggled, he had a cute British accent
"I'm Kairi" she smiled
"Luxord" he replied "now is the sweet Kairi going to come down from the tree to let me have a proper look at her?" he held his hand over his eyes to block the sun.
"I dunno. She might, or she might invite the cute brit up so she can get a closer look" she swung her legs "would the cute brit care to climb up in the tree?"
"Perhaps some other time. The very same tree, shall we say tomorrow?" he suggested
"Perhaps" Kairi smiled cheekily
"Goodbye sweet Kairi" he waved and walked down the sun drenched street away from Kairi and her heart.
"Would you like a drink, sweet Kairi?" a slightly familiar voice rang behind her
"Could that be the cute brit?" Kairi asked, knowing the answer already. She spun around in her blue satin dress to face the young man she saw not to long ago.
"This party is extravagant, no wonder you're here" Luxord smiled handing her a glass of champagne
"I always thought it would be too extravagant for the like of us" she took the glass happily.
"No not for you, for me perhaps, but not you" he looked deep into her impossibly blue eyes
"I think" Kairi ran her fingers up his arm "that we" she reached his chin and pulled it closer "should leave" she planted a kiss on his lips. His soft British lips
"I agree" he kissed back.
"That was interesting. I've never slept with someone British before" Kairi hugged her platinum blond brit around the waist.
"I haven't either to be honest." He ran his fingers through her hair
"You can't be serious." Kairi giggled "You've never slept with a British woman?"
"No just the foreigners passing by" he sighed "I was never good at commitment"
"I think that'll change" Kairi smiled to herself before falling asleep
"We'll see" Luxord sighed "we'll see."
