Author's Note: For my first attempt in this fandom, I decided to write a drabble. I'll probably write something longer soon, however. I love this show!
Kate still loves Justin. The mediator wishes she had never divorced him sometimes, but it's too late for that. She'll never admit that he's the love of her life. She can deal with them being best friends. For now, anyway. Before her father died, he told her to make sure that Kate never let Justin go in any capacity. She's going to listen to his advice.
Justin still loves Kate. He can't help it. His ex-wife drives him crazy, but she's also amazing. And he wants to be with her again.
They have a lot to work through first, however.
