21:6 "And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely."

And so the lone wanderer slipped freely into unconsciousness, only three thought crossed his mind as the radiation infected his blood stream.

The first fairly simple, a Childs dream but none the less one that he was achieving as they died, to become a hero. He glanced across at the young women standing only a metre away but she felt so, so distant. The lone wanderer smiled at her, they were glad that this was his final task on this world, to save it! Or at least get it on its way....

The second was a selfish wish ... to see his father again... and mother for the first time. He was sure that if there was a god he'd let him this final request

The third and final was the simplest and easiest to have preformed, to be remembered. Even across the wasteland now this sole person was being remembered for all the good things, the bad things and the small meaningless things he had done. The good deeds done, the lies told and the scores settled. The lone wanderer had already achieved his third goal he just needed some closure. The pretty lady behind the glass was fading now, she placed her hand on the glass and the lone wanderer copied her....the lone wanderer finally drifted off to the final vault he would visit in his small but meaning full life, on the waste lands of downtown D.C..... the vault that contained all the closure they needed....
