A/N: Ok, you know those prompts I put in the authors notes of my story? Those were for you guys just in case there was some confusion. Anyways, this is an ONESHOT. Ok shutting up now.

If a casual observer happened to be in the Gotham Cemetery at 8 pm on March 21st, they would have seen a young boy about thirteen walk up to a row of four graves.

As he walks up to the first two, one could hear the pain in his voice as he spoke.

"I know it's been awhile I mean…I'm thirteen now but...I've been…busy with…well you know…" with that he sat in between the two graves and continued.

"After Bruce took me in I always kept wishing you were there…I mean…I still do but…I know you wouldn't want me to waste my whole life grieving. I'm part of a team now. I really miss you guys and I just…hope you're proud of me…" after that the boy walked over to the other set of grave stones and began to speak.

"Um…I know Bruce has probably told you about me and how he adopted me. I just wanted to say thank you…for Bruce. Without him…" the boy stops there.

When he leaves, a tall man in a black suit walks up to the second set of gravestones.

"I know it's been three years since I last came." He pauses, choosing his next set of words.

"Now I know how you felt when I didn't follow your advice, but with Dick it's on a more dangerous level." The man continues to stand at the foot of the two graves, then he move over to the other set of tombstones.

"I know you probably hate me for putting your son in so much danger, but the truth is that he wanted to make sure that no one else would have to suffer the way he did. And to be honest…he does more for me than I could ever do for him. Thank you…for Dick"
