A/n it was a school assignment that, made my own. I promise that I'll let iruke live next time, I just kinda let it get out of hand… sorry.
Transform
When they first met, outside the chuunin exam nomination, Kakashi was grieving the loss of his team, and Iruka was grieving the loss is his lover. They sat together and drank away their misery. Kakashi wondered if he'd see the tan chuunin again.
The next time they met, Iruka was pale and thin, dying away inside. Kakashi, dragged him home and made him tea. The next morning, Iruka left, and Kakashi wondered if letting him leave was the right thing.
The third time they met, Iruka was lying in a hospital bed, covered in tubes. Tsunade thanked Kakashi for his kindness to the chuunin, and Kakashi wondered if Iruka would hate him for reporting his… condition to the Hokage when he woke up, if he woke up.
The forth time they met, the nurses were trying to make Iruka eat and Iruka was sobbing and refusing. Kakashi told him that he should eat, for Naruto's sake, and Iruka threw the plate at him. Kakashi wondered why he cared so much.
The fifth time they met, Iruka apologized, and Kakashi asked him out on a date. Kakashi wondered what came over him and if Iruka was beginning to look like his BMI was over sixty again.
The sixth time that they met, Kakashi told Iruka that he looked wonderful, and meant it. And Iruka let him kiss him. Kakashi wondered why Iruka still looked so sad.
The seventh time they met, Kakahsi asked Iruka who his dead lover was, and Iruka told him that he wasn't dead. Kakashi wondered why Iruka still seemed so miserable.
The eighth time they met, Kakashi asked him why he had left his old lover, and Iruka answered that it was because Mizuki had tried to kill him. Kakashi wished he hadn't asked.
The ninth time they met, Kakashi made him laugh, and Iruka saw his face. They both wondered what had taken so long.
The tenth time they met, Kakashi had a mission, and Iruka cried. Kakashi wondered why the man cried so damn much.
The eleventh time they met Kakashi asked him to move in, and Iruka left to pack. Kakashi wondered if he had forced Iruka into it.
The twelfth time they met, Kakashi asked Iruka to marry him and Iruka said yes. Kakashi wondered how he hadn't seen how perfect Iruka was for so long.
The thirteenth time they met Kakashi cried and Iruka said that he'd love him forever, then he died. Kakashi wondered if he would be hung for destroying his lover's murderer, he wondered how Mizuki had escaped prison. Most of all, he wondered how he would ever go on.
And so here ends the story of the transformation of Iruka Umino. From dead inside, to in love, to dead outside. Nothing could have saved him, and now, nothing can save Kakashi, who will now follow his fathers foot steps in taking his own life, although, at least, Kakashi has no six-year-old son to be found by.
A/n Well, it does seem that I'm insane, anything new? Sorry about killing ruka, again. And killing kakashi, and killing mizuki. If you review, I swear I'll post something fluffy within the month.
Love,
Spider wench.
