On the first page of our story the future seemed so bright...
It was her ability to see the good in everyone that may just have been her downfall. She trusted too easily, she cared too much and loved faithfully. He trusted too little, he cared not enough and despised with every beat of his cold heart. They say opposites attract. In the love story of Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy this statement applies. It was her redemptive qualities that drew him in and his lost little boy attitude that attracted him to her like a moth to a fly. She was in need of a saving grace and she believed him to be it. And so a love story began in the walls of Hogwarts, in secret arch ways and hidden alcoves. They fit together like the missing pieces in each other's puzzles. Soon they became inseparable as their love reached new and terrifying heights. The Great War passed and the world returned to peace...for now...
A year on from the war and it's clear that the wizarding world is still gathering the fragmented pieces of their lives. The losses that occurred are still being tallied. The grieving still continues. In a manor house, in the southwest of England, reside the blissful newlyweds Mr and Mrs Draco Malfoy. They remain detached from the outside world at the insistence of Lord Malfoy. Lady Malfoy has little choice but to obey her new husband's wishes. He only wants what is best for her, he tells her. She only wishes to keep her safe. And so their honeymoon still continues...
Then this thing turned out so evil, I don't know why I'm still surprised...
Lady Hermione Malfoy notices her husband has changed. He is moodier now. His temperament is completely unpredictable. He spends a great deal of time in his study talking through the Floo network. When she asks him with whom he has been speaking with, he tells her to mind her own business and get back to her duties. He begins to hurt her, it only began with harsh words but now he harms her if she disobeys. A slap here and a kick there. He tells her that it is for her own good and he hugs her tightly to his body and whispers "I love you". She believes him as he slowly poisons her mind.
Even angels have their wicked schemes and you take that to new extremes...
To be continued ...
