Prologue:
I watched and waited in the back. They had no idea I was here. How they didn't smell me or hear me was a mystery to me too.
The Circle was gathered in the normal half circle face the vampires. The twelve of them sat tall as if the vampires were lucky to be even stand in their presence. Self centered bastards. My lip curled up in disgust.
The vampires continued to stare at the floating mist until it faded into nothing. It amazed me how easily a little magic fascinated them. The only one that wasn't impressed was Eli. He stood there with his Volturi cape and necklace and seemed utterly bored with the subject at hand.
Couldn't blame him. He knew the story first hand. He was there for half of what he just saw. I looked over the planes of his face. He hadn't changed much since I had last seen him.
I scanned the crowd of vampires to see if I knew anyone else. I did. The Cullen's were here.
"And so you see that's how she really died," Daniel explained. "And the prophecy had to be wrong because the last half wasn't completed. So we still have to wait for the true Chosen Ones."
"Or you know, you could turn around and see me for yourself." I said loud enough for Daniel.
I smirked and the fury and surprise that was not only in Daniels eyes but the rest of the room. The room was so silent that you could hear a penny drop. I started to walk toward the Circle. The vampires parted and I caught the eyes of a few vampires in the eye.
When I got up the two steps that set the Circle higher than the vampires I sat down with my back to the Circle.
"How are you alive?" Aro asked. "We just saw you die."
"It's kind of a long story." I said to everyone.
I didn't really want to tell them. They were the enemy after all.
"So tell us." Was Aro's response.
And so I did. From the beginning.
A/N:
So know that I shouldn't start yet another story. I still have to update my stories that I haven't updated in like 6 months. But oh well.
