This is actually a drabble that I did for another pairing in my other posting sites. I decided to make it a NaruSasu drabble. The names and a few small details were the only thing I changed other than that it's pretty much the same.
Peanuts
Iruka turned to face the twelve year old that came banging into the kitchen. "How was school?"
"Fine, I guess. I went to the park afterwards and spent some time with Sasuke." Naruto said while grabbing an apple even though he could feel his father/mother's glare for eating before dinner.
"Did you have fun?" Iruka asked while cutting up a piece of celery for that nights dinner.
"Yeah, I guess we did." Then he blurted out something that the man never expected to hear. "I saw Sasuke's wee wee."
"What?" The knife in the brunette's hand clattered to the floor.
"It reminded me of peanuts." Naruto said as he finished his apple before getting up and throwing the core into the trash.
Iruka's pale face filled with amusement. "It was as small as a peanut?"
The smirk on his face disappeared when he heard his son's response as he left the kitchen. "No, it tasted like peanuts but it's alright I love peanuts."The knife that he had just picked up clattered to the ground once more and along with it went his body.
