It began with a flash in the sky. James saw a bolt of pink lightning in the sky and got out his camera. "OOOH! Save a sandwich Jessie, I'm going to take a picture." "Try to avoid standing under any trees this time meathead!" replied Jessie. James ran off, ignoring Jessie and started taking pictures. Jessie was eating a sandwich when she saw an extremely bright flash behind her. She turned around and saw James lying on a smoking patch of ground. "Jaaaaaames!" she yelled and ran over to her friend. She pressed her fingers against his neck but couldn't feel a pulse. "No…NO!" she yelled frantically. Jessie began to administer CPR and after a few minutes was relieved when she felt James grab her hand. Her relief was short lived when James chomped down on her hand, rending off two of her fingers. Jessie stumbled backward in shock and then got up to defend herself when she saw James getting up as well. Jessie hit James as hard as she could, dislocating his jawbone and knocking out a couple of teeth. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?" Jessie yelled, raising her fists defensively. James mumbled something, unable to speak clearly because of his injuries. Jessie suddenly keeled over, clutching her stomach in pain.
