November 2 is the Day of the Dead.
The Suarez household was dark and quiet.
Yaya hears a small outburst. It was just enough to get Yaya's attention.
The woman glanced down the hallway and followed the soft sound. Her own pale blue glow illuminated her path.
At the end of the hallway, Yaya found the youngest Suarez's room.
It was filled with toys.
The girl- Frida, Yaya stood at her crib about to send her jumping out of her reddish pink onesie.
Yaya glanced down the hallway anxiously wondering if Frida's parents and sisters were coming. Then something amazing happened.
Frida started giggling. Yaya turned back to the girl. Her gaze met Frida's smiling eyes. The girl's grin was infectious.
Yaya suddenly had an idea.
Yaya began to sing a sweet song.
Frida laughed and clapped.
Frida yawned and fell asleep.
Yaya conjured the red guitar and left it next to the sleeping Frida.
Yaya hummed a tune as she left the Suarez home.
