In the heart of New York City the people were going about their lives only to have the peace disturbed by four teenage boys. The first boy was named Yusaku Hamato. He was the oldest of the four and had blue hair, blue eyes, wore a plaid long sleeve blue short jeans and black sneakers. He also had a jacket that was tied to his waist. Now Yusaku was considered the over protective older brother type and always made sure that his family was safe and secure. The next boy Akito Hamato, was the second oldest and was also known for having a bit of a temper while also dressing as if he were apart of a biker gang. If his red hair and red eyes weren't intimidating than it would be wise not to press his buttons.
Then there was the middle child Dante Hamato. Everyone has that weird member of the family and Dante was that person. It didn't help that the teen had OCD and was afraid of dirt and everything that had to do with the outdoor. Still he was a great inventor whose inventions go underappreciated by everyone who was not apart of family. His family on the other hand loved his invention even though that said invention would blow up every once in a while. Dante was your typical nerd who liked to wear sweater vests and wore glasses. He also had purple hair and purple eyes. Dante liked his family even though that sometimes they could be annoying.
The last of the bunch was none of than Sora Hamato. He is usually known to be a class clown as well as a slacker but don't be fooled because every once in a while he would have a smart moment. It is because of this that he is usually underestimated. Strange enough it is a common fact that he mysteriously know the day of your birthday. As for looks, he has orange hair as well as orange eyes. Other than that there wasn't much to look at except for the fact that he wore a simple orange t-shirt and jeans. One might even say that the boys are color coded. You might be wondering why these four boys were running in the first place.
Easy, it was because they were running late to school. Luckily the boys were able to it until the last minute before the school gates closed and they would have been there sooner if they didn't had to stop a crime on the way there. In fact these guys were superheroes otherwise known as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Yup! The boys were originally human until that one fateful night when they were mutated by a mysterious ooze along with their pet rat. They even had their own secret identities and they were hoping that they could keep it that way but the only problem they have is their nosey friend April O'Neil and said friend what waiting for them angrily in front of the school.
"You're late." Said April nearly growling when she said it. "I can't believe that you guys blew me off again! I mean seriously, I have my perfect attendance record on the line and I can't have you guys ruin it because of your mysterious job!" The four boys stared at her mostly because they were afraid of her and poor Sora was covering his ears because she was being too loud. That was when another friend of theirs walked in.
"Hey guys! How's that job of yours going? Is everyone over there treating you right? Do you guys need me to beat someone up for you guys?"
"Kasey," April scholded. "Don't encourage them!" To her dismay all she got was an angry glare. However his full name is Kasey Jones and was a long time friend of the teens. Right now he was not happy with April's behavior for several reasons.
"April, it was your choice to wait for our friends and you shouldn't yell at them for having to do their job. Unfortunately they aren't as privileged as us. I understand because I was homeless for most of my childhood."
"I'm sorry." She said to both Kasey and her fellow schoolmates now feeling bad about her rude from before. Later that night the four were now wondering whether or not they should tell their friends their secret but even if they did tell them, how would they not freak out? In fact, they lived underneath the sewers with their mutated pet rat turned adoptive father. He was also their sensei teaching them the ways of the ninja. Said parent was now meditating until his eldest son Yusaku came in looking a bit distressed.
"What is it my son?" Asked their Sensei obviously concerned.
"Um Master Splinter, I was wondering if we should tell them."
"I see, but beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing. A true friend will be there when you need them the most." Advised Splinter while Yusaku nodded in understanding. Still, he was unsure of himself so he decided for their opinion of the matter. Luckily, he was able to find them in the living room. Akito knew all too well about his older brother's dilemma so he was the first to speak up and said,"Dude, are you out of your mind! If we tell them the truth than they would think that we are freaks and I finally have a reputation!"
"Yeah and your reputation is being the school bad boy. I don't think that is much of an accomplishment." Replied Dante who was busy working on an experiment.
"Who asked you? It is still my reputation and I would rather not be known as a freak!"
"Guys, keep your voices down. Remember that Sora still has Autism and loud noises scare him." Yusaku said reminding his brother's as he pointed to Sora who was busy enjoying a video game.
"Don't worry about me. I can take care of myself and besides I always say that we should embrace the freaky!" Said Sora before going back to his game only to have Akito say,"Yeah and before you were nagging everyone about having superhero names."
"Well, duh! We are superheroes and we're supposed to have secret identities!" Sora argues only to have Dante roll his eyes at the childish argument that was taking place.
"Whatever, I still never agreed to my code name being Raphael." Said Akito only to have Sora stick out his tongue. However, while the boys were arguing the alarm in their lair went off and the only reason that Sora wasn't freaking out was being he was wearing his noise cancelling headphones. In fact sometimes Sora would bring them along mission in case said mission involved a lot of noise. Later that night the four found their targets: Bebop and Rocksteady.
"Aww, Bebop and Rocksteady? Those guys are so lame!" Sora now Michael Angelo whined. However that was when Yusaku now Leonardo saw that there was a hostage and said hostage was a girl with purple hair and a pink highlight. In fact with the way she dressed, you could even say that this person was goth.
"Get off of me you freaks!" Said the girl who was struggling to get free since she was tied up. Mikey then tried to help out the poor girl only to be stopped by Leo who was signaling his brother to wait. However just as the four brothers were about to help out, they were surprised when they saw that the girl could take care of herself and at first Rocksteady tried to charge at her only to have himself being ninja flipped by the girl instead.
"Woah, girl has some moves." Said Raphael obviously impressed.
"Should we go down there and help her?" Donatello asked unsure of the situation until the scene got ugly and the four brothers had to look away when the girl began to attack Bebop. Once she defeated Bebop however, more Foot Ninja's arrived at the scene only to be beaten by the mysterious girl.
"I think that we should be more worried about the Foot." Mikey said as he cringed once the lady defeated the last ninja. Once the fight was over she noticed that the turtles were there and said,"Ok whoever is still hiding you can come out now. Don't be shy I won't bite." The four brother's did so finally revealing themselves to the girl surprising the girl in the process.
"You guys are turtles?" Said the girl more confused than scared.
"Can we keep her?" The youngest of the brothers joked only to get slapped on the back of the head by Raphael.
"I'm sorry but I don't think that is possible. I have school tomorrow. My name is Irma by the way." Said the girl now known as Irma in a thick British accent. The turtles wanted to introduce themselves only to be interrupted when the badges on their initialized belts began to glow.
"And that is our que to leave. Irma right? Well, I guess that we will see you around." Said Leo trying to be polite.
"Sure, I hope that we can see each other again soon." Irma said once the boys left but once Irma thought that the coast was clear she spoke into a walk-in talkie and said,"Master, I have found the targets."
