Kitsune vs Tama-chan

The rights to the anime and manga 'Love hina' and its characters belong to Ken Akamatsu.

Mitsune Konno came into her room. She overlooked her shelf full of bottles with sparkling eyes. The girl started smiling and rubbing her palms one against the other. Konno took out one bottle and suddenly heard 'Mew!', something passed by knocking the hands.

'Aah!' Mitsune cried looking at a broken bottle on the ground. 'My sake!'

She looked up and saw Tama-chan.

'You!' Kitsune pointed angrily at the turtle.

'Mew?'

'Yes, mew. Now you're gonna get it!'

Mitsune jumped to Tama-chan stretching her leg forward. The turtle got out of the way and she only knocked down a chair. Another kick. Missed. A punch. Bingo. The turtle flew to the wall and crashed against it. Mitsune jumped, put a hand on Tama-chan's chest. A punch. The turtle quickly hid its head in the shell and Kitsune's fist hit the ground. The girl backed a little holding her right hand. Immediately Tama-chan jumped on its wings, then to the air and kicked Kitsune in the kisser (drinker). She fell. Then got up. Rage. Kitsune started a punch rain on Tama-chan who blocked them all. The girl slid her leg on the ground intending to make the turtle fall but failed as it jumped into the air, kicked the wall, hid in its shell and hit Kitsune in her stomach what got her flying to the other wall. Mitsune was trying to get up and suddenly was caught under Tama-chan's rain of wing-slaps. She quickly blocked them all. Eventually, Kitsune was able to grab both of Tama-chan's wings and clench them. The turtle rolled on its back and threw the girl forward (from her point of view) and onto a table which was quickly broken.

Mitsune grabbed a leg… of the table, got up on her feet, started running after Tama-chan and swinging. The turtle got hit and coincidentally fell on the broken table. It grabbed an another leg… of the table and now was able to perform blocks. The wooden objects frequently hit each other. Crack! They broke and both of the fighters backed away.

The two were breathing slowly and heavily while staring at each other. Kitsune's face had an angry frown. Tama-chan, as always, looked weirdly happy.

Suddenly both noticed a knife on a little table by the shelf. They rushed towards it. Tama-chan was almost there but, unfortunately, it got kicked away to the wall passing the wanted object. Kitsune grabbed the knife feeling a strong smell of metal, machinery. Meanwhile, Tama-chan flew, kicked the wall, performed a summersault and landed behind Mitsune who, without turning around, pointed to the turtle with the knife. It ran backwards a little. The girl turned around and began running towards her opponent trying to stab it. Tama-chan started facing the wall, jumped to it, kicked and sent itself flying to the knife. The blade hit the shell which appeared to be very hard. The knife slipped down Mitsune's hand and cut her palm a bit.

'Ah,' she whispered feeling sharp pain.

Then Tama-chan jumped into the air hitting Kitsune in the forehead with its own. The girl fell unconscious. The turtle, too. The lay on the ground with little turtles flying in circles around their heads.

After a few moments an old lady… (the writer got punched)…

'Call me, Haruka-san.'

… Haruka-san came into the room. She saw a broken bottle of sake and Kitsune lying on the floor.

'What… a… drunk,' Haruka-san whispered.

Then she noticed the lying turtle. Her eyes widened.

'Huh? Tama-chan, too?' Haruka-san said. 'What is this world becoming?'
