Near Yet So Far

Bella is a vampire and has had her fair share of problems. She moves to Forks and starts over "human". What happens when the Cullens move back after 60 something years. Will Edward and Bella still be together? What happens when figures from Bella's past don't fade into the background like there supposed to? What about the Volturi? Bella,Edward

Ok this isn't my first story at all but it's my first story on fanfiction net. I am still trying to get used to the format and the way things work. This is nothing like Wattpad. Anyways, I feel as though nobody writes Twilight stories on here anymore. Soooo likewise, let's get to the story!

March 13, 2005

I implant this date in my brain. I felt like my life was going to tremendously change. This date will be in there with the only other one, my birthday. Forks was a random place I'd found in a map that I had stolen from a store. This place is literally covered by a constant rain cloud. This is where I'm moving. Forks, the rainiest place in the continental U.S., I guess this was good in some way though, with me being a vampire.

I stayed in the forest of Denali, Alaska. I have stayed here for almost a year my eyes almost a golden brown. I despised my beauty. It was what came with the job description, not that I actually applied. I waited until it was a little dark outside and began my quest to steal some clothes and an overnight bag. I ran from the tree line and begin to look around. When no one was in sight I took off at vampire speed.

The store had just closed and the smell of the owner lingered on the outside. I pulled open the metal covering blocking the front door. I headed for the things that were less expensive, yet still very good looking. Satisfied, grabbed the bag off of the floor and tried hard as possible not to have the alarm go off. Of course with my luck, it went off and I rushed thankful the camera couldn't pick up my speeding figure.

Back into the woods as I looked over the map, careful as to not be seen by anyone. Forks was this way… and I set off. I should be there in two in a half days.

I got to Forks by 6:00 Thursday night and with time left to spare signed myself up for Forks High School. Ms. Cope said I could start right after spring break. This was gonna be a long spring break.

Hi my Twihard friends! I just wanted to thank you for reading my story and I just felt like I needed to let you know that after this chapter, there will be a soundtrack. Each chapter there would be a song that goes with the chapter. Anyways, always and forever!
