I hate the rain.
It gets in your eyes, and soaks through your clothes, making any decent spying nearly impossible. You can't prepare explosives because wet c4 is useless until it drys and you can't "observe" someone from a good viewing point because raindrops tnd to stick to sunglasses.
But there are things that make the rain worth-while.
Things like the beautiful plant growth in Miami and the rainbow that appears when the sun comes out. But most importantly it means a day, locked inside with Fiona.
I guess I don't hate the rain so much after all.
