BPOV
"They are … nice-looking." I struggled with the conspicuous understatement.
"yes!" Jessica agreed with another giggle. "They're all together though –Emmett and Rosalie, and Jasper and Alice, I mean they live together." Her voice held all the shock and condemnation of the small town, I thought critically.(pg 20-21 twilight)
"You said all of them are together. What about him? Does he have someone?" I asked pointing at the bronze haired boy
"Oh ya he has someone I forgot about her. She not here today. Her name is Lucy she's beautiful but not as beautiful as Rosalie. She has shoulder length strawberry blonde hair. But she's a nasty. The first day she was here I went and said hi and asked if she need help with something and she glared at me and told me to Fuck off!" Jessica said looking really pissed off!
Man it looked like this Lucy really hurt Jessica's feelings. I kinda feel bad for her.
Just as I look up at the bronze haired boy I see he's looking at the pixy looking one with a really scared look on his beautiful face. I wonder what's the matter? What could possibly make some one that beautiful look soo scared? It didn't seem right.
EPOV
Thank god Lucy was not here today I don't think I could take any more of her and her stupid notions that where actually a couple like Jasper and Alice. I'm doing this for Esme and Carlisle. They want me to have someone like them an other half. I can do this for them.
Lucy was the niece of Aro from the volturie she got changed on her 17th birthday. When Aro came to visit Carlisle 20 years ago Lucy came and seemed to develop an infatuation with me and come back for regular visits eventually Carlisle asked her if she wished to move in and she said yes (of course). Now we where stuck with her. She was class A spoiled brat and hated everyone but (sadly) me. Today she went hunting with Esme. So we all go the day to breath easy thank god!
Alice's face suddenly went blank. She was having a vision. After about a second she turned to look at me while saying to the hole group.
"Lucy's coming back home now!"
"OH god save us all!! " thought Emmett for once being totally serious. I was thinking the exact same thing.
