We're So Screwed: Fetal Attraction Extended Ending

Summary: This is the extended ending to the Fetal Attraction episode in the fourth season. It's a story that involves everyone favorite Human and Sebacean. It's my idea of what happens when John finds out from Harvey that Scorpius knows the wormhole information. It's romantic fluff between John and Aeyrn at its best.
"He knows everything you know, John."
Harvey's words kept ringing in John Crichton's head as he started to wake up become more and more alert. He finally felt that the universe was giving him some good fortune and finally on his side. He not only found Aeryn, but they actually managed to save her and their baby. Now he finds out that not only is Harvey still alive, but apparently he's been communicating with Scorpius giving him wormhole information.
He laughed to himself and thought Frell, I knew the universe wouldn't let me off that easily. As he tried to figure what the hell to do next, he realized that Aeyrn was calling his name.
"John, What's wrong?"
He looked at her and even though she had a look of concern on her face, he managed to feel a bit better. No matter what he went through, having Aeyrn by his side made things go down a lot smoother.
So he got up and sat on the bed. As soon he did, he looked at Aeyrn, sighed and said simply "We have to go to katrazzi."
It took Aeyrn a few moments to process what she had just heard. As she got up, she replied, "Are you out of your frelling mind?"
John laughed, as he said, "Haven't been in my right mind for a few cycles, but that's besides the point."
"Why would you want to go to the most heavily fortified scarran base?"
John sighed, "Cliff notes version, the neuro clone in my head is apparently still alive this whole time and has been feeding Scorpius wormhole information."
It was Aeryns turn to sigh as she lied back down and said "Unbelievable."
"Your telling me", John said as he proceed to activate his comm. "Yo D, you there?"
The luxan responded right away. "Yeah john right here. Is everything alright with Aeyrn?"
John looked at Aeyrn and found he was smiling again. "Yeah D, all's good here. We have a new problem however. Can you rally the troops and meet me on the command deck?"
"I'm not going to like this am I?"
"No, Not really."
John heard a sigh and then "On my way" before the line went off.
As he got up he heard more movement from the bed and saw Aeyrn getting up as well. "No Aeyrn, you're staying here."
Aeyrn gave him a look like he was going to kill him. "John, You think I'm staying here when we have to go infiltrate a scarran base?"
He sat back down on the bed and looked at her. "Hey, I love you aeyrn. Knowing you're here and safe is what keeps me going. Its what makes me believe that we can actually pull this off." She smiled as she leaned over to kiss him. After a few moments, it was Crichton who was smiling. "I missed that".
"Me too." As Aeryn lay back down on the bed, she asked, "so is the plan to rescue Scorpius or kill him?"
John laughed as he said, "Depends on my mood." He leaned down and kissed her head. "You rest, regain your strength. Ill fill you in on the details when I get back". He proceeded to head to the door and looked back to see aeyrn asleep. He smiled and thought to himself as he walked to meet everyone, infiltrate a scarran base to save or kill someone I cant stand….no sweat."
